Toyam by Orchid Hotels

Toyam, one of the beautiful resorts we have stayed. It has all the right points that one needs in their holiday, a beautiful location, hospitality, spacious rooms, amenities, etc... 1) Location:- Toyam is located near the city but feels far from the city. The lake where Toyam is situated adds a different charm to the property. Surrounded by mountains the sunset here is very beautiful. 2) Hospitality:- A very friendly and smiling staff over all. The staff at the reception were very pleasant and always ready to help with a broad smile. Karan and Dilip were the men incharge at the restaurant and were always on their toes when we were dining. Food also is very good. The housekeeping staff were always at work no matter what the time was. 3) Rooms:- We stayed here for two nights in two different category rooms. The first night was in Akash which was at the top of the resort with a very big room with a big bathroom. It had that hilltop view from the balcony from which the sunset looked very beautiful. The second night we shifted to Prithvi with a view of the pool and the lake. It is fully done in wood which gives a feel of those european country homes. 4) Amenities:- The swimming pool was super clean and very well located with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center was to die for. The therapist were so informative and the therapy literally drained the whole stress out of me. There are no negative points which can hold us back from coming again and again at Toyam.

We stayed at Akash which is at the top. Excellent room decoration . Very good food quality. Improvement points Management should be careful about group of travellers who is chaotic and not suitable for wellness property. We were there to enjoy nature but a group was very annoying at every where either at restaurants or swimming pool. Like to come back again The staffs are very humble specially Kaif Payel Karishma Karan Dilip . It was a homely feeling

It's a beautiful place surrounded with serene beauty. Food is actually amazing. Mr. Dilip from restaurant has been very helpful & attentive and keeps check on every customer. Very helpful and cordially staff. One must visit this place for sure. Amazing vibe with sukoon.

The hotel experience Was quite surreal. The best part being the staff is extremely cooperative. We are thankful to the service here and especially when you visit the restaurant do get all your requirements from Dilip, Vishal and Sanika. The nature you are surrounded with keeps you disconnected from the world and engages you in the warmth of Mother Earth. Preferred Weather season: Monsoon, winter.

It was a good experience visiting the serene resort. Great views from the room, and the chef and staff (K4, Dilip) were happy to oblige with some tasty low oil food for us. Would recommend for an idyllic getaway (not many activities etc. to do)

This one is the best resort near pune. A perfect balance of simplicity and sophistication. Amazing architecture and layout with dedicated water source and Balinese themed rooms. You will feel like staying in a 5-star south East Asian resort. Staffs are amazing so is the food. Definitely coming back after monsoons.
