Unclean bed sheet broken taps

We stayed at pankaj executive for 1 night on 29th dc 24. Service was not upto the mark for following reasons:
a) ac was not working in the room allotted. We had to request for a change of room
b) no hot water was available for bathing; c) shower knob had broken; hence we had use bucket
d) breakfast had limited choice as against our expectations for a buffet b/f;
e) room lock was not ok. Every-time opening the door was a struggle

As we were traveling with a senior citizen, we were particular about a room on the ground floor. Thankfully our expectations were fulfilled. The only concern was with the integrity of the hotel staff. They did not provide any invoice for stay or food and even requested payment to their personal GPay account. We ordered Misal Pav and received Misal with bread slices; this was surprising and the reception staff confirmed this was the norm.

The booking process was easy and seamless. We simply booked it over the phone and no hassles. Mr Vikram took care of the check in and helped us with everything we needed. The staff is polite and helpful. They helped us with every little thing we needed without hesitation. The hotel is extremely safe for solo lady travellers and kids. The food can be ordered or dine in at the multicuisine restaurant. The restaurant serves delicious and fresh food. We liked all thay we ordered. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
