Hotel Haifa is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. I stayed here with my family and the hotel charged a whopping 2800 per day. Expecting that 2800 would mean proper services and hotel sanitation I was utterly disappointed to say the least. Hotel Haifa is dirty, rooms are not maintained, flush doesn't work, switchboard is bad, hygiene issues and no room cleaning. Do not stay at this hotel as it doesn't have even basic necessities necessary to stay here. You'll waste your money if you stay here and will be disappointed to the core.

Every review here regarding rude and arrogant owner behavior is true.To all, Better book some other hotel. 1.I booked master executive double room, and they allocated a different small room for my family. When i asked about it, they refused to change.pic of small room is attached 2. Children requires hot water for bath. There is no hot water coming in the bathroom.I constantly complaints for 2 days and guess,no hot water was provided. Rudely owner says we have boiler and solar water heater but hot water not needed for bath. Owner lied many times. 3. Reception room services not responsive many calls were not attended. 4. Such rude and toxic people running the hotel. We paid for the service and unfortunately we didnt get service. Only positive staff is pappu bhai, cleaning staff.

Haifa at Assi ghat is a highly recommended accommodation for stay at Varanasi. The efficiency with which the hotel runs is value for money. Very high standard of hygiene, quick response by the reception & unlimited supply of RO filtered water makes the hotel a worthwhile stay. It’s 100 mtrs fromAssi ghat.

Really wonderful and diligent staff and administration. All payment method available. Truly great experience. It was a family trip for Banaras Darshana and Baba Vishwanath. Hotel is near Assi Ghat and have added advantage

Average hotel, no fresh air, no food after 10 pm, no tea before 7. 30 am, no hygiene maintenance. No exist fan in washroom

Room was below standard and not worth the price. Ac often tripped off. No stand by gen set. Room was different from what was shown on site. Pl inquire into the matter and refund me/ compassionate me. Shall file a legal complaint for inferior services. I have already left

Best place to stay around Assi ghat and around.staff and management fantastic 👌. Food was amazing aswell .stayed for 2 months and whole experience was so great. Very close to ghats,durga kund,Tulsi manas,sankat mochan. My main purpose was to stay close to Tulsi ghat where Tulsi ji lived and wrote Ram charita manas and want to feel that vibe and surrender myself for 41 days bathing in maa ganga every morning and evening. Was great experience. Thank you once again Haifa.suresh
