Staff is polite but there is shortage of staff as asked them to clean the room thrice but no has don and ultimately they send the normal cleaner at 9 pm after requesting again and rest room is okay and there is no soap for hand wash rooms and bathroom that much not cleaned as expected. Plus point is staff cooperation.

The atmosphere of the hotel was gloomy, unclean, food was not good, breakfast was not palatable, service can be better. Not value for money( i booked room for 21000 for 2 day stay)

Location of the property is good. I paid around 12600 for two days and the rooms which i got are too small the service is ok food is good but the complimentary breakfast menu is disgusting you will not get much choices. Overall an average stay

They did not give me the room as per my booking. They gave me the smallest and dirtiest room and the quality of hygiene was also very bad, terrible.

We visited varanasi from 21 to 23 oct and stayed in js residency. Rooms were spacious and good. Wash room was also fine. The food served was average and restaurant service was average. Breakfast was ordinary with very less options.
