The hotel is perfectly located right on the Ganges. A good base for exploring the city. Beautiful view of the river from the roof terrace. It was nice to eat breakfast there and have a morning coffee. The service was very nice and helpful. They created a wonderful atmosphere and tried very hard. It was a shame to leave.

This is a family run business,The best place to stay in Varanasi. I truly love it. The staff is amazing, respectful, knowledgeable and the space is clean and well organized. Has a beautiful view of the Ganga river. I couldn’t recommend this more! Paula

From the first moment arriving at Kedareswar we were welcomed with open hearts. After 35 hours of travelling the clean rooms, hot showers and beautiful views of Maa Ganga were a most welcome sight. Gopal and his team provided unmatched service and exceptional knowledge of the area. For our entire stay we felt part of the Chauki Ghat family. As of my last update, there isn't a widely recognized "Kedareswar Bed and Breakfast" that I can find. If it's a new establishment or one that's not widely reviewed online, I won't have specific details. However, if you have any general questions about Bed and Breakfasts or accommodations in a certain area, feel free to ask!

Visited from Trinidad and Tobago in January 2024. Excellent stay. The location in the Old varanasi on the Ghat makes it easy to experience the Ganga with from room view, or a walk on the Ghat. While amenities are basic, the staff are tireless and relentless in ensuring you feel welcome and comfortable. Special mention of Ashutosh and Vicky who were very welcoming. Vicky can assist in getting you a boat for the Ganges at a competitive rate without the haggling hassle. Hot water is present. We were directed to have dinner at Suryoday, a small home cooked resterant and you can taste the love in the food and service. The warmth of the people here are want made this Varanasi special.

Excellent last minute choice for overnight stay en route to Delhi. Wonderful location - surrounded by local daily life but still located in the waterfront. Set away from main cluster of tourist accomodation but still easy walking to main tourist locations. Host brothers really helpful and facilitate day trip to Sarnath before catching train to Delhi. Room was quiet and shower was super hot!

Very good stay with view on the River. Owner and people working there are really nice and kind. Recommend them. Good breakfast, and nice terrace to Watch the River in the evening. Many resturant and street food stand near by.

This was an excellent stay during our 3 nights in Varanasi. We arrived very early on the night train from Delhi. Staff let us stay on the rooftop overlooking the Ganges while we waited for our room. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river ‘at our very own little Ghat’ and was very clean. Breakfast can be had on the rooftop. The staff’s motto: ‘this is your home’ felt truly meant. Would definitely stay again: cleanliness and friendliness are hard to beat! (Wifi poor).

Like: 1. Staff behavior 2. River facing room Disliked :· 1. No in house restaurent, One small eatery nearby with very limited choice. No arrangement of tea in morning. No kettle , no cups, no tumblers in room. One has to arrange by themself by using immersion coffee heater and tea bags. One tea shop ( only milk tea) nearby opens after 6 AM. One south Indian street food vendor is available for breakfast after 9 AM. 2. Not accessible by car. Auto Rikshaws may barely go in afternoon( non crowded time). One have to walk 5/7 minutes to reach to main road and to get a vehicle. Will face huge problem if you have heavy luggage. The only wayout is to put your luggage in a hand pulled rikshaw and you walk behind it till you reach main road. 3. Ground floor river facing rooms have a passage in front, so people are moving all the time in front of window.No Privacy. 4. First floor access stair cases have 10 inch to 1 foot height steps. Non accessible for elderly or people with pain in legs. 5. Washroom is small but clean and has a small wash basin without hot water connection tap. 6. One fan was not working. That is not repaired in 3 days stay with repeated request. 7. No change of linen in 3 days.

Great location to stay in Varanasi close to the Ghats with a nice view from the rooftop. Service was very good and they helped us with transfer from an to the railway station. Try the tomato&cheese omelet for breakfast.

Excellent budget property, very good view of the river Ganga, surrounding provide rustic experience of Kashi. Met with Vicky city and temple guide and also sailor. He is really good. Overall exceed expectations. It's directly connected with all ghats is added advantage.

Ottima posizione al centro nei vicoli di Varanasi, vale la pena spendere qualcosa in più per la camera vista Gange, meraviglioso! Camera e bagno piccoli ma essenziali Staff disponibilissimo. Buona la colazione in terrazza vista Gange Consigliatissimo
