The room service and hotel was great. Room wifi bandwidth can be improved but otherwise everything was smooth. Receptionist Namrata, Staff at Hotel Khaboos, And other staff of the hotel were all very helpful and service was on time. Very responsive staff.

Excellent service by Mohit Dubey. He is very professional & cooperative. . Wish him all the best . I will recommend every one to stay in hotel Castillo . They offer nice quality food . Good Job Mohit Dubey. Would recommend for five star rating .

This hotel is a complete disaster an they charge an arm and a leg for very bad quality. Our room was dusty and the unovely furniture had me sneezing up a strom. The bathroom was dirty and the bath so disgusting that we decided that it would probably be a health risk to take a shower. Staff behaviour is very bad.

Very nice hotel to stay with family . I highly recommend for whosoever are finding clean and easily approachable hotel can book this hotel. Humble staff and ambiance are also good.Nearest to railway Varanasi junction rly station. Hassle free check in.

Food good Like restaurant staff very helpful full and housekeeping staff behaviour very bed............. Front office staff Mr. Avijeet very rude Front office staff all bed and not helf full. Dear management please take care front office. Very bed experience 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

It was a great stay for a short business trip to Benaras - The property is conveniently located and the staff are very cordial and helpful - It was a delight to be served by F&B executive Mr Ajay Tiwari who not only served us with a smiling face but was always ready to help! Would definitely come back here on our next visit !

I am staying this hotel this hotel feeling like a 5 star luxury hotel aur facility available I am staying with my family rumour good neat and clean thanks to housekeeping term and fom he is so helped parson Ford is good and location is very nice total overall experience is good and thanks to Mohit Dubey for given best service.
