Hotel Castillo offers elegantly furnished rooms that blend modern comfort with classic design. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and a variety of pillow options. Rooms are spacious and well-lit, with many offering beautiful views of the city or garden. The housekeeping staff ensures rooms are spotless daily, and thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, robes, and a stocked minibar elevate the experience. However, sound insulation could be improved in some areas, especially near high-traffic corridors.

One of the most comfortable stay ever with the most accommodating staff. Would recommend coming here if ever in varanasi

The location is very good but the Hotel is not great.Stay was ok but hygiene was very poor.Towels and bed sheets were stained and seemed dirty. Staff were good but reception staff was not smiling. Restaurant staff were very nice and polite.Food ok but seemed like dry and made early in the morning.You have to ask for fresh made puri etc and they provided.Special mention for kaushik and other staff of the restaurant. Hotel needs to work on hygiene.

It was a great stay st hotel Castillo in Varanasi. The hotel was good with neat n clean rooms. The hotel staff was excellent specially Mr Jitendra Soni from house keeping. Really appreciate his work snd the service. Keet it up. Thank you.
