Stayed at hotel Castillo and it was the perfect stay in the heart of the city Varanasi…the Roos were spotless and the staff was incredibly courteous and highly recommended , an excellent experience the location is prime and the service are top notch.

The hotel was beautiful very well maintained so so comfortable ..the food was amazing the staff from top to bottom were very humble polite and welcoming ..i would really recomend one and all to stay and feel great and do the lovely holy place of banaras

Overall all thing well organised...and all staff very nice and helpful to guide everything Foods excellent...nice location easily connect local tempo ghats and temple ... Atmosphere of this hotel is excellent..very smooth check-in......

Very comfortable hotel in center of city covering complete city. Good breakfast menu and dinner options in variety from non veg to with even with onion, garlic and a lounge bar for varities of cocktails and moctails. Rates are not cheap but providing all amenities as per price.

Hotel is very good , location is very Good, we like the hospitality here..................we would like to visit here again.rooms are spacious, front office staff were very helpful, near to varanasi station, easily accessible by road !!!nidhi and namrata were caring....

A perfect stay in the heart of varanasi the rooms were spacious. Highly recommended hotel Castillo. The location is very nice, comfortable rooms and great service. HK service was very good , restaurant service was superb, sanju from HK gave a good service . Reception staff were also very good

The service was good including receiving and seeing off. The restaurant's dinner is tasty and the rooms are big. The view from the room is worth spending night. Neat n clean rooms and morning tea with cookies are a treat. Location of the hotel is good
