The hotel is really nice in the Mall Cant area of Varanasi. It is within easy access of the old city and holy sites by auto rickshaw. Our room was a suite with excellent ambience and lovely room service for food and laundry. The hotels dining options includes ala carte and buffet menus. We enjoyed the vegetarian offerings in the buffet which included north indian and western offerings with a smattering of Indian Chinese foods. The hot Indian desserts were nice, especially the gulab jamun. Service was excellent and we found Vikas Sing and Jayachand to be very helpful in waiting our table. All in all a very satisfying stay.

We stayed 3 nights recently in the peak of Khumbhmela. It was a very pleasant stay. Most admirable was the excellent service provided by Rinku Misra from the Travel desk - he arranged extremely comfortable car, guides and a memorable yatra to Khumbh

I only stayed 2 nights in Amaya Varnasi. Apart from the ambience , my culinary experience was out of the world. Food was super tasty. Visas singh from the restaurant recommended me a vegetarian pizza. He basically prepared for us from the scratch. Super tasty. His attentiveness to our request and constant reassurance that we were enjoying our meals was exemplary. Amaya has done a great job in getting the right people for the right job.

Tha amayaa hotel is very good experience in one at varanasi.good staff in all this food n hygienic. Wifi , restaurant n reception with good interaction with all. Especially thanks to @avinash pandey and @Vikas singh @amayaa hotel groups Regards, Nagaraj

The food and ambience is soo good and the food service is very very fine. Especially avanish Pandey guy did great service. The experience also comfortable.😊 Happy to have food here. It's too tasty my family enjoyed a lot. Had a great trip. 😍😍

This place is excellent and the service is great we travelled with kidss and they really enjoyed it. Appreciate the service from Avanish Pandey one of the guest service who took care of us during the breakfast at the hotel. This area is very safe and secure as well

We had a fantastic stay at the Amayaa. Our room was incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The standout of our stay was the service we recieved from Vikas Singh in the restaurant. His service was excellent and he recommended a delicious fish curry which was our favourite dish of our holiday. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Room was spacious and bed was a King size. But this place, being the oldest 5 star hotel in Varanasi, is in need of some renovations to make it great again ! Wifi was good. Need new towels in bath room. Breakfast was okay. Can't say the same for dinner, didn't look or taste like what we ordered - fried fish, stragonoff. But the beer was cold !

We had excellent stay. The ambience, hygiene and cleanliness and the staff are very good. Room service is super fast. Special mention needs to be made of the food quality. The local items served everyday were simply superb. Recommended for business or family trips.
