I do not recommend this place! On arrival we were offered to upgrade our room closer to the beach and paid hundreds of dollars to do so. Once paid they told us there was none available other than the first floor handicap room. Once we got to the room, the lamp was hanging out of the wall with exposed wires, there was not the requested two beds that we needed, the door on the sliding window to the patio did not work and the shower flooded the whole room every time we try to take a shower. There was also mould in the shower and rooms were very basic with stained walls and not updated in a long time. When asked for them to fix the lampshade, they said they would send someone and give us extra towels for the leaking water. We asked multiple times to change rooms, but they said there was not available. There was raw chicken served at the buffet in a soup and another person from the same town as us that we met ended up, getting really bad salmonella and had to be hospitalized. Most of the time they were out of drinks, such as pina colada. Beach was pretty nice but hard to get chairs there or around the pool and in the buffet area. Entertainment was very good on a plus side.
