拉肚子+臭蟲叮咬=強烈不推薦！！！ 切記帶驅蟲噴霧，當地黑蚊子叮了還是有登革熱風險的！！ 酒店插座歐標220V，但需要轉換頭！ 導遊衹推薦Meliá集團，因為衹有它是外資管理！ 按古巴當地標準，IBEROSTAR這個酒店算VARADERO當地最好的了，谷歌評價4.7也很頂，但個人體驗下來：1️⃣最好的是海灘（沙質細膩、海水温暖碧凈）2️⃣再有服務不給小費也算到位（給了小費更棒）3️⃣還有酒店規模小都是三層樓房總體入住環境很安靜綠化也好（所以圖二是二樓海景房，其實除非三樓不然沒什麼海景） 但是這些都無法改變酒店毛巾床單破舊、冷餐水果變質、臭蟲叮咬的問題！如果是喜歡美美泡酒店的朋友就別來了，實在想來的建議住個2/3晚足夠了

房間床單都有血跡，叫服務人員來換的，空調聲音大的不行太差，全包餐飲簡直不要太難吃

Resort – We March break at this resort via Sunwing. Resort is only 45 mins bus ride from Varadero airport. And bus is part of Sunwing package, nice, big and clean bus waiting for us at the airport. we are family of 4 with 2 kids and had a great Sunwing experience. This resort is so clean, relaxing and safe for families and kids. Resort is nicely laid out, pools, restaurant, theatres are close by. 3 ramps to the beach, beach is right by the resort with 3 ramps access. Landscape is well maintained, lots of interesting trees and plants in the resort, good for kids to discover. Beaches - Cuban beaches are the best, and beach from this resort is the best among the best! The beach is spotless and perfect for children, shallow, crystal clear. For adults who like swimming workout, this beach is perfect as well, you can swim quite distance, water is very calm. Lots of water activities, paddle boat/bus, paddle boards etc. We spent whole day on the beaches everyday, feel relaxing and refreshed. Power outages - 7 nights at resort, only 1 night we had power outage for 5 mins, then power backon. This poweroutstage is really social media bad mouth about Cuba tourism. Don’t let this fool us stopping visiting Cuba. Food shortage - Thanks to bad press about Cuba short of food. I expect to see few options at buffet and dark in the resort. Surprisingly, there are lots of options at buffet. Cuban food is bit plain less salt, sugar and grease. But I prefer this type of food for my health benefits, maybe not for everyone. But my kids enjoyed omelets, burgers, cakes and ice creams. Beaches - 100% Cuban beaches are the best, and beach from this resort is the best among the best! The beach is spotless and perfect for children, shallow, crystal clear. For adults who like swimming workout, this beach is perfect as well, you can swim quite distance, water is very calm. Lots of water activities, paddle boat/bus, paddle boards etc. We spent whole day on the beaches everyday, feel relaxing and refreshed. Tips – Prepare small bills of USD, or 5 CAD dollars, Cuban people work hard, but economy is not well with all the boycotting, don’t get surprised even professionals are working as servers, bus drivers, tour guides. We tip frequently, because we see the hard working and we see warm hearts. Exercusions -We went to Havana one day tour arranged by Sunwing, tour is very nicely planned. Tour guide studied as political science professional, She explained Cuban history and political interaction with US very well. We learned so much from her one day. My kids like our tour guide a lot. Havana is very interesting City, poor and rich, Old and new, lots of musicians. Highly recommended to visit. It is safe City. There are other excursions from Sunwing like Scuba driving, Safari, Rum factory etc. Due to time limit, we didn’t try this time. Would love to try next time. This is an amazing hotel. I was hesitant about coming to Cuba, but from the moment I walked into this hotel I knew it was the right decision! So beautiful, peaceful and quiet! There is a show every night and the talent is spectacular! The service is phenomenal! Such an awesome place! So glad I chose Iberostar Selection! It is simply the best!

Top tier resort for relaxation and a bit of fun, great for families. Everything is really chill, good music, great weather. Ibelsis(?) At the entertainment kiosk absolutely set us up for success! Swimming with dolphins just 5 minutes away for $80! What a steal! You get to hug, pet, and swim with them, and they'll launch you in the air for some amazing photos. I had a blast. The spa is equally amazing, got an hour massage and a pedicure for $27, and they let me use the sauna and steam room for free. Rebecca will have you feeling like a new person by the end of it. I've been here a week and still haven't seen all they've offered, from the beach to the dancing to the shows to the drinks, there's fun here for everyone. Absolutely best experience!!

Our stay at the Iberostar selection varadero was AMAZING!! The maid YENI kept everything clean and pristine, our concierge LAURA was absolutely fantastic!!! Every question was answered with utmost professionalism, she helped us book a private Havana tour which turned out to be a fantastic day. She is such a beautiful lady and we appreciate all she did for us. Ely at the lobby bar is a phenomenal waitress such a beautiful smile and we never went dry. The grounds are kept very well everything is cleaned every morning. The food at the buffet was over and above anything you would expect from cuba. The beach was beautiful your typical turquoise water and white sand We would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

This resort and incredible staff did not disappoint! Rooms were always tidy, grounds perfectly kept, food and servers were top notch, friendly and always went above and beyond. Cannot say enough about their superior service! The beaches are picturesque…. Nothing like them anywhere else. Always maintained well and never have to fight for a chair on the beach as there are plenty. Entertainment was pretty amazing as they hosted many events throughout the week with live entertainment, specialty events, evening shows and music throughout the day and night. Our entertainment guide Pedro ensured we were looked after well and reminded us throughout the week of all events to participate in. We give him 5 stars for looking after us!
