The hotel was good, the Personnal service excellent but the food in lunch and dinner was terrible, every day the same and any species, the cocteles at the bars terrible, they didn’t have sugar and lemons for prepare them, the hotel in my consideration is 3 stars and I never go there

I stayed in multiple resorts during this visit to Varadero and this one is by far the most beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, there are lovely little bars everywhere all over the property too with delicious drinks. I upgraded to a premium suite and omg would highly recommend. Everything is touch activated and it’s basically a smart room. The beach is gorgeous with turquoise waters. The only thing I can say negative was that I didn’t love the buffet food but all of the ala carts are included each night I just never had time to sit down and enjoy one of them. I heard all the restaurants are amazing though - so aim for those. Otherwise - this property is worth every penny 💕

We had an amazing time at Royalton Hicacos.
We were Diamond club and tried all the a la cartes. The food was amazing! Surpassed all expectations and prior negative reviews.
Alcohol was mainly of shortage (vodka and tequila), but there is always rum, beer, gin, and wine.
Definitely an older crowd, but still a great time. The entertainment team does an amazing job during the day for activities and night time shows are nice.
Would 100% return.

Pier and beach bar were under repair.
The number of employeesi is insufficient and too crowded.
Food is very inadequate except in A la Carte restaurants.
Rooms and complex are very old.
Insufficient pools.

Facilities are amazing. But room is Ok - there are some insects or mosquitoes. I would be more relieved if they can give me mosquitoes spray or something stuff which can protect from mosquitoes or insects.

房間還算ok，服務不錯，但是酒店整體有點老舊，畢竟被制裁了這麼多年，已經算不錯了
