Location is good bcs near to hotel, you can find metro, tram and bus stops. Room was clean but there was only one body towel and no hair towel. The room was very small. There was nothing in the bathroom except soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room. I definitely think it was not worth the price.

They’re very nice. They’re clean and close to Eiffel Tower and the arena (15 min away from both).

The views were amazing, but when we arrived, the sink was clogged and full of dirty water. Why do you let guests into a room when you already know it's in that condition? They unclogged it, but didn’t clean it properly or fix the issue—it kept filling with water. It seems like this isn't the first time it’s happened. They should really call a plumber to fix it. We couldn’t even use the sink and had to brush our teeth in the shower. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the views were truly stunning

The staff is very helpfull.. nice hotel and comfortable.. Can see eiffel tower from The Roof top.. nice view … will stay again if coming to Paris

The male receptionist is very kind and patient to solve my checking problems. Overall is staying is amazing , made one of my good memory in France

It was a pleasant experience, the location is a very nice place and comfortable distance from the key attractions in Paris. The Eiffel Tower view is recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel for more than 3 times already due to business reason. This time is the worst experience I faced so far. I checked in on morning of 23/Jun/2024 for Room 226, I was told by hotel staff that the room will be tidied-up after 3 nights. That's fine. If we need bath soap, it would be refilled on request. On 24th and 25th morning, I requested for refill but nothing was done by the hotel. I was upset already. I used all the towels and expecting the room service on 26th, and to my disappointment, the room was still not tidied up!!! I complained to the hotel manager in the evening and he was trying to excuse my counting was wrong. But he was wrong obviously and then he excused of "no more house keeping people". Fine.... then on the 27th evening....... Oh la la......!!! the room was still not cleaned!!!! No bath soap refill at all!!! Till the end of my check out on 29th still no soap (just urgently tidied on Thur night)!! It is really catastrophic! This hotel really don't care about the customer request or satisfaction! Be careful when you choose to stay here!!!

We thought it was fine, if a bit basic. It’s good value for money if you’re not bothered about staying somewhere super bougie. Pros - Service was good; staff were polite and quick to help with any issues. - There’s a tram stop and metro station nearby, so getting around is easy. - View of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Cons - Automatic blind stopped working - seemed pretty brittle and cheap. - No cups or glasses provided in the room.

the room is very nice and clean but maybe it is a bit small for two people. Also, it is convenient to go to tourist spots as there are metro nearby which need to walk around 10 minutes. It is possible to see Eiffel Tower but we were arranged to other side.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was great—comfortable rooms, excellent location, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, we did have a negative experience with one of the staff members. A receptionist with dark skin and curly hair often appeared dissatisfied, frequently rolling her eyes and sometimes mispronouncing words. When we couldn’t understand her, she would react with more eye-rolling, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope management addresses this issue, as such behavior detracts from an otherwise positive experience at the hotel.
