It is not a four-star hotel.
I checked in advance to see if there was a shuttle from Vang Vieng train station, and they said they would provide one for free. I contacted them in advance by chat about my arrival time, but they never came to pick me up.
I gave up and took a tuk-tuk to the hotel on my own. It was 40 kip for a shared tuk-tuk, which isn't a big deal, but it's a lack of hospitality.
While I was waiting, the tuk-tuk driver looked at me with sad eyes, and I felt sad too.
The hotel itself is due for renovation in 2024, and the building itself is old. The elevator is also old and not very clean.
The room is spacious. But it was just spacious.
The bathrobe was wrinkled (I didn't wear it, of course.),
The hair dryer was next to the coffee and tea (it took me a while to find it), and even though the room was spacious, there was no baggage rack but a weighing scale.
The Wi-Fi password wasn't explained to me when I checked in, and it wasn't written anywhere in the room, and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone was not connected.
(It was posted just after the elevator.)
I don't need welcome fruit, so please arrange a shuttle car.
The hotel was formerly called KINGTEON HOTEL.
Most of the customers are from China.
