We loved this place, very friendly and caring owner and manager who made sure we were taken care of before we moved in and after check out. The condo is very strategically located in Vancouver, easy access to all areas by public transport or walking. Good view from the condo. There is a very big oriental supermarket and Costco nearby. Great for grocery shopping; we had everything in the kitchen for home cooked meals too. Chinatown is within walking distance, plenty of food in the area from all international cuisines.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! Checkin process was smooth, and communication was quick and friendly. The place was clean, comfortable. What really stood out was their kindness. We accidentally left an iPhone behind, he promptly informed me and even helped coordinate with my friend so we could retrieve it. We truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! 😊

Friendly and responsible owner. Place is spacious with 2 washrooms. There’s a supermarket nearby. Nice view . Gd place to rest after outdoor activities. Walking distance to sky train station. Reasonably priced .

Very good location, everything is clean, next to train station and groceries, very friendly owner and manager perfect place to stay

Pros: • owner is very responsive and keeps on checking us for anything that we need • location is downtown so it is near to most of the sites we wanna go • very near the train station and closer to a bus stop too • it has T&T on the ground flr which makes it easy to buy stuffs and even meals • stone's throw away to a lot of coffee shops and restaurants in • place is really big for two people and I love the view from the balcony and rooms Cons: • place needs a little more cleaning, dusts were everywhere (we kept on sneezing) • no netflix or channel on TV. There was on the 1st day. We will still consider this place if we are going to downtown. It is just very convenient.

A Fantastic Home with Outstanding Views & Comforting Environment! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is wonderful and centrally located. There are many shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and attractions within walking distance for optimum convenience plus there's free underground parking provided! Our host was also very accommodating, kind and attentive. Thank you very much, we had an awesome time and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Place is clean and cosy, owner is very friendly and provided all necessary amenities, responds via whatsapp very promptly. Location was very near downtown, there is a Chinese supermarket (T&T Supermarket) downstairs the apartment which served cooked food and has a bakery - convenient to grab breakfast / lunch. Apartment is in a gated development so it is very safe. Overall highly recommend!

Good size apartment. Services can be better. No AC. Carpark difficult to find but in the building. Should provide basic coffee making facility. Clean but could be improved given the price paid for the apartment. Good correspondence with the owner.

My daughter and I stayed here. We liked the location as it was walkable to many areas of Vancouver. It is a noisey area and I did need ear plugs, which wasn't a problem. We did find that it wasn't very clean and definitely needs improvement.

Found myself here by myself for a few nights as everything was booked over a Pearl Jam weekend, couldn’t have been easier and solid. Perfect for a family and overindulgent for a single 😂 Such a great, convenient spot and Xiaoyan couldn’t have been lovelier. Will definitely be staying again next time I’m in town!

This place is almost perfect, as it has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (even a nice fireplace heater)! Kitchen comes with everything you need too, and T & T supermarket is just downstairs! Only drawback is some dated window blinds, plus lack of replenishment of detergents. Once general cleanliness is spruce up as well, it is the perfect lodging.
