Friendly staff, very attentive, and accommodating. Nice, clean room. I love the kitchenette, and the fact that they give you all the dishes you need to cook a lovely meal. Although there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. Nice comfy bed! Nice abundance of fluffy pillows! Safe place with safe parking. I will stay here again, and I will recommend it.

The next best place from home, pet friendly and very welcoming. Wouldn’t mind booking again in the future. They even have a self serve laundry area, and conveniently located near some of the best restaurants and parks, hills, and trails…etc.

Creepy hotel in a sketchy area. Paid $200 for a night and had to get food ubered to us. Druggies and homeless people in and out of the building. Room smelled bad. Freezer burnt food left in the fridge. Dark spots on the carpet. No ice maker. And breakfast was not stocked at all.

Excellent staff! All the girls are helpful and always busy. Great location. Everything from shopping and and different types of food joints are within walking distance. Sits right next to I-205, so, easy on easy off access to the freeway. Easy 5 stars. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Sketchy area but an awesome experience here, felt super safe and had great access to food and entertainment. the staff here is super kind and helpful, stopped here for a few days on my way to Canada. and will definitely be stopping by again on my way back!

This was an awesome experience. The staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms were great and at a great price. The hotel looks great inside and out and it's next to many restaurants and shops, which made our stay very comfortable. Joanne was great. We will definitely be back again.

The room was covered in a film of grime. Chunks of old food, debris and dust bunnies on the floor. Food was slathered on the screen of the television. The remote had pet hair jammed around the buttons. Tables hadn't been washed. Wires hanging from ceiling where a smoke alarm had been. Front of microwave looked like a kid had finger painted. Non smoking room but the bedding has lots of cigarette burns. Bathroom sink was clogged and didn't work. Shower stall had missing bar so there were two big holes. Shower faucet was not mounted securely. Walls were nasty. At 4 in the morning someone pulled the fire alarm and had to deal with that fiasco. Many more to mention but don't have the time.

My mattress was replaced because the other one was old and sagged. It is so much better. The staff is nice, helpful and accomodating. With the safety locks on the window I felt safe and can still open my window a little for fresh air. There are monthly safety checks for every room, which is good. It's not the cleanest place and everything is old and outdated. The staff has to work with what they are given so that can be a challenge for everyone.

The rooms are super clean . The staff is amazingly accommodating! Super friendly! Melissa, Emily, and Vanessa are front desk attendants and are the sweetest staff, thanks to the manager, Kendra! And Kyle the maintenance man is super nice, and more than anything, they all love my Pit Bull! Amazing staff! Thank You so much for everything! Comfortability is key when staying away from home, and you guys have been the best!
