Downtown Walkable 1-bedroom Couples Retreat With Large Soaking Tub

Loud, Dark, Not Clean & Nothing Works! We did receive check in information until a half hour after we were supposed to check in. When we finally enter the place is freezing cold! No space heaters were turned on prior to our arrival & the pilot light was not lit so the stove is unusable. You also can’t light it yourself. The floors were filthy & there was filth & dust in the bathtub. Bathtub drain doesn’t work & bathroom sink was clogged. Master bedroom backs up to a very busy highway so don’t think about getting any sleep. The walls are paper thin & this unit is connected to other units. So if your neighbors are loud you hear everything. Especially when your neighbors wake up early & sit on the porch which is also located right outside the master bedroom window while they chat & smoke! Communication with host was hit & miss. We asked for a refund & have heard nothing from the host.
