The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance of center town shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return.

Location is at the heart of the city. Staff is very professional and helpful. The customer relationship executive helped us to find the visiting places and authentic restaurants. I am happy that I earned miles from THY Miles&Smiles membership.

Its very nice hotel, location is excelent very friendly hotel staff! umut and gemzeh were great! super amazing! they helped with the extention of my stay and they also helped me with late checkout i really was happy during my stay i will recommend this place!

I stayed here for two nights as part of a group tour through Eastern Turkey. The hotel is in a very central location close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean as were the sheets and towels as is expected in a 5 Star hotel and the bed was huge and comfortable. However, there were a number of negatives that should NOT be expected. The air conditioning did not work at all which is probably why Housekeeping kept the window open but that meant being awakened by traffic (possibly a garbage truck) in the early morning. The pillows were some of the worst I've ever slept on. Small, more like cushions, with no support. The quilt was not long enough and when pulled up to shoulder height, it did not reach over the end of the bed. The half flush on the toilet did not work, nor did the lid on the bin open properly. The breakfast choice was very good but on the second morning the toaster had not been turned on. Orange juice was available but I don't think it contained any oranges. Overall, it was a good stay but definitely not 5 Star.

We visited this hotel at the end of summer. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and warm. The breakfast was good, although it was sometimes crowded. The location is not that bad, but Van is not a big city. Overall, everything was good, and we enjoyed our trip and stay.

It was my third time in this hotel and now I surely can recommend this Hotel, it is the most amazing, comfortable, luxurious hotel in Van. Good breakfast , good hospitality, good staff, good and fast service, .... Everything just AMAZING.

My daughter and I were pleased to be guests of this fantastic hotel from 18 to 22 August 2023. Super location that makes easy all journeys around Van. Super team that always ready to help you. Super quite room and comfortable bed for great sleeping. Special thanks to Betül Hanım from Guest relations - all our requests were immediately satisfied.
