Great host from the get-go for our introduction to Valparaiso. Helpful throughout the stay-- accommodating early arrival, taking interest in our group member's running race. and providing multiple, relaxing common spaces. Convenient location. Even with our limited Spanish, we could communicate with staff and they were eager to help us.

Great and romantic place in the historical center of Valparaiso. The hotel is fantastic, nice rooms, great furniture, a pure invitation to traveling. Parking space for car available (very helpful), nice breakfast and warm welcome of the team. A real great place were we regreat to have spent only one night.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The inside decor is fun and funky. There is a GREAT balcony on the third floor with wonderful views of the harbor. The rooms were pleasant with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety and good service. The members of the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. It is in a good location in the old city. (Be prepared for hills!!)

Quite possibly the best hotel of my life. And I've stayed at some of the world's best. Fantastic room. Incredible views. Nice breakfast. And the second floor balcony is large enough you could live there. Awesome place to wait for a cruise after a noon checkout. Staff is beyond helpful. Advice was spot on. Printed pages for us. Recommended a great restaurant.

This hotel was spectacular. From the moment we arrived the customer service was impeccable - we were even upgraded to a suite! The views, the vibe, the attention to detail - all amazing. The breakfast area and garden are so dreamy and relaxing - and every morning the breakfast spread was superb! The owner was there each day answering questions and even making our coffee (!!!). Etienne was also amazing to work with and answered all my questions. This hotel is truly a boutique hotel gem - a must visit. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks for everything!

The room we had was spectacular with a view of the ocean directly from the bed and a view of the sidewalks on the other side. Tons of windows. Owner was super friendly and the manager was excellent at helping with transport and suggestions of where to eat. Celebrating the New Year was a distinct pleasure. We were served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our hearts content and the homemade food, including ceviche, quiche, cheese, olives, etc. was a lovely touch. Going up to the terrace to ring in the new year at midnight (along with the customary eating of the 12 grapes - supplied by the hotel) was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nos encantó el hotel. Todas las habitaciones muy lindas. Estuvimos en la habitación mas Top que obcviamente es mas cara , pero conocimos las demas pensando en volver con amigos. La atención muy personalizada y de primer nivel. El desayuno sencillo pero bien y en un lugar tan lindo que se siente mejor aun. Hotel muy bien ubicado en el circuito turístico

Es un lugar precioso, con muy linda vista. Todo estaba muy limpio, bonito y acogedor. La atención muy buena y oportuna, con recepcionistas siempre disponibles para ayudar y entregar lo necesario. El desayuno delicioso y contundente, con diversas opciones y una vista preciosa al jardín.

Hermoso hotel, cada detalle en su decoración nos gustó mucho, llegamos temprano y pudimos dejar el auto justo al frente, la vista de la terraza espectacular, la atención, el desayuno todo un 10, súper recomendado, volveremos quedamos encantados
