The most beautiful interior of hotels we have stayed in, the wonderful, happy and kind staff especially Etienne the manager who helped us out of a very difficult situation for our upcoming travel. Everything about this hotel is brilliant highly recommended would definitely stay again.

Casa Blu is a charming hotel in a very special historic neighborhood of Valparaiso: Cerro Alegre The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond, carrying our luggage up the stairs; allowing us to check in early and have a late checkout for a nominal fee. They also arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. The hotel decor and interior feels authentic — like stepping into the home of a family. That’s because it was the home of the owners at one point. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with a fantastic view, We loved the living room terrace space, too. The breakfast was just what we needed, light, and plentiful We also love the location. There is so much to see in a five or six block range of the hotel; plenty of restaurants and galleries. All very walkable. The staff was very good at helping us find good places to eat and shop The real highlight was seeing all the murals around the hotel.

CasaBlu is an excellent hotel with a lovely view of the port and sea from the terrace. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was great. The hotel is also very secure - we felt very safe there. The hotel also organised a transfer from a hotel in Santiago and also back to a hotel at the airport. The transfer service was excellent - literally 'door to door'.

My wife and I and our two adult children stayed at CasaBlu for three nights, including the night of New Year's Eve 2025. We loved it. The hotel is a converted historic home with extensive, beautiful details and many cultural objects throughout. Everything is in excellent condition. We had rooms #6 and #7, which were spacious, and had exceptional views of the entire bay below. The hotel has both a first-floor common living room, and a third-floor lounge area. The third floor also has a large terrace with the same exceptional views as our rooms. Below the first floor is a dining area that opens to a lovely garden patio. The included breakfast was substantial, including eggs made to order. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, the hospitality of the staff was warm and helpful, and the location - up on the hillside - was perfect for access to everything. The view of the NYE fireworks was perfect, and the party the hotel hosted for the occasion boasted generous food and alcohol. In short, we would highly recommend CasaBlu for any visit to Valparaiso.

Great host from the get-go for our introduction to Valparaiso. Helpful throughout the stay-- accommodating early arrival, taking interest in our group member's running race. and providing multiple, relaxing common spaces. Convenient location. Even with our limited Spanish, we could communicate with staff and they were eager to help us.

Great and romantic place in the historical center of Valparaiso. The hotel is fantastic, nice rooms, great furniture, a pure invitation to traveling. Parking space for car available (very helpful), nice breakfast and warm welcome of the team. A real great place were we regreat to have spent only one night.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The inside decor is fun and funky. There is a GREAT balcony on the third floor with wonderful views of the harbor. The rooms were pleasant with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety and good service. The members of the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. It is in a good location in the old city. (Be prepared for hills!!)

Quite possibly the best hotel of my life. And I've stayed at some of the world's best. Fantastic room. Incredible views. Nice breakfast. And the second floor balcony is large enough you could live there. Awesome place to wait for a cruise after a noon checkout. Staff is beyond helpful. Advice was spot on. Printed pages for us. Recommended a great restaurant.

This hotel was spectacular. From the moment we arrived the customer service was impeccable - we were even upgraded to a suite! The views, the vibe, the attention to detail - all amazing. The breakfast area and garden are so dreamy and relaxing - and every morning the breakfast spread was superb! The owner was there each day answering questions and even making our coffee (!!!). Etienne was also amazing to work with and answered all my questions. This hotel is truly a boutique hotel gem - a must visit. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks for everything!
