As the below reviews I wish I read before booking this absolute dump I can concur last week end of August 2023 it is still a rank disgusting property with all mentioned below problems.Sewers stench,dirty bedding,broken furniture,leaking shower,mould by the side of the bed,awful noise,dirty floors,bathrooms and don’t get me started on communal areas!!! Like others I was dissed by the owner and not received my refund for 1 night I didn’t stay there as it was uninhabitable.Ignored by both owner and *********** I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get at least some money back as I had to spend £90 on the night to move my son and I into a different hotel up the road. NEVER EVER STAY THERE!I didn’t take photos but what previous guests posted is still the same a year after-zero improvement!!!!

This place is shambles. I booked it but didn't stay there due to its condition. The owner could not be contacted so i had to book alternative accommodation. I booked it through *********** and had it cancelled to get some of my money back. However, the owner didn't refund the money and does not respond to booking. Com despite several emails being sent by them. The place is dirty and in need of major refurbishment. It's shocking really. I'm sure that tue owner will find his way to respond to my review as he found excuses to every problem. But you can see the pictures and compare them with what's advertised. You can see the reality of their lovely terrace in one of the photos. Do not book there unless you want your holiday ruined as in my case.

The only positive I can share for this accommodation is its location to the city centre…. Everything else is just awful. The whole place is disgusting, dirty, smelly and unfit for stays. The entire place needs a dam good clean and modernising. The drains need sorting out as the stench is unbearable. I refused to use my bathroom as it was filthy, toilet seat broken and the smell made me want to vomit. The bed was so uncomfortable. There is a constant noise of running water coming from somewhere I wouldn’t let my dog stay here let alone recommend to other travellers

Siamo appena tornati da un fine settimana a Malta fortunatamente concluso bene,in quanto purtroppo la scelta di questa struttura è stata una bruttissima parentesi. Appena arrivati in piena notte abbiamo seguito le istruzioni per entrare nella struttura,con molta difficoltà in quanto la tastiera per digitare i codici era buia e minuscola... nonostante tutto dopo un po' siamo riusciti ad entrare,a primo impatto ho avuto l'impressione di entrare in un posto che dire squallido è un complimento. Dopo aver raggiunto la nostra stanza situata al primo piano,entrando abbiamo avuto ancora quella sensazione di squallore assoluto: le lenzuola erano grigie ma non per il colore ma perché erano sporche ,una copertina di pile sottilissima con dei buchi, che neanche metterei come base nella cuccia del mio cane....ho messo la mia t. Shirt al posto della federa,i muri erano sporchi, il balcone era fatiscente ammuffito e sporco ,puzza di umidità e muffa, volevamo riscaldarci ma il condizionatore emanava solo aria fredda,cigliegina sulla torta il bagno.... water e lavandino bassissimi,e quest'ultimo perdeva acqua dal tubo sottostante,il piano doccia strettissimo,separato da una tendina in plastica pure sporca. In sostanza abbiamo dormito al freddo e vestiti per poi subito la mattina andare via per trovare un'altro posto dove trascorrere la notte successiva. Premetto che abbiamo viaggiato molto ed abbiamo uno spiccato spirito di adattamento,ma a questo tipo di posti non dovrebbe essere data minimamente la possibilità di essere inseriti nelle liste delle strutture da contemplare nella maniera più assoluta. Da cancellare.

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο 7. Η καθαριότητα χρειάζεται βελτίωση αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν βρώμικο. Καθάριζαν καθημερινά και μας έφερναν καθαρές πετσέτες. Δεν είναι καινούριο ή πολυτελές αλλα γνωρίζαμε οτι θα μείνουμε σε ένα παραδοσιακό μαλτέζικο κτίριο. Η τιμή του ήταν λογική οπότε δεν περιμένεις κάτι πολυτελές. Ήταν οκ για αυτό που πληρωσαμε. Το wi-fi δεν ήταν καλό, αλλά εμείς δεν το χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ειναι τέλεια. Στο κέντρο της Βαλετας κοντά σε όλα.

Pessimo da evitare.... Suite al piano terra orribile... Sporca... puzza... Il letto quando siamo arrivati non era stato preparato... Pieno di cicche di sigaretta... Assolutamente insopportabile.. Siamo stati costretti ad andare via e a cercarci un altro hotel "al volo". Con tutte le spese che ha comportato... Richiesto il rimborso... Ma nessuna risposta dal proprietario.... EVITATE
