We had a perfect stay and are giving it a full 5-star rating for the exceptional quality of the hotel and its services. Welcome and Atmosphere: From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and friendly team that made us feel right at home. The professionalism and helpfulness of the staff were impeccable, always ready to assist with any request and provide excellent recommendations for activities in the area. Spa and Wellness: The spa and wellness area is a true oasis of luxury. The modern facilities, panoramic pool, and saunas made our stay even more relaxing and rejuvenating. It’s the perfect place to recharge after a day of outdoor activities. Activities and Excursions: The hotel offers a wide range of activities. We took part in both a hiking excursion and a snowshoe hike, both of which were expertly organized. A special thanks to Sonja, our guide, who led us with expertise and passion. The snowshoe hike was challenging but incredibly rewarding, made even more enjoyable by her experience and ability to make each step interesting and safe. Cuisine: The quality and variety of the food were a real highlight. Every dish was a burst of flavors, prepared with the freshest local ingredients. The breakfast was abundant and varied, while the dinner, served with a breathtaking view of the mountains, was a gourmet experience every evening. In summary, our stay at Hotel Hubertus was the perfect combination of luxury, nature, and hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a retreat in the Dolomites, where you can enjoy a truly unique wellness and adventure experience. We can’t wait to return!

After reflecting on the vacation, the hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed at and the service and experience was a very strong 10/10. Flawless from start to finish. The staff were excellent and the food was of the highest standard. I can’t say a bad or slightly bad thing about the place and staff, just simply perfection at its best.

What a fantastic hotel. We stayed 8 days having booked after watching the BBC's Amazing Hotels episode in the UK last year. The hotel lived up to expectations, with a great location accompanied by brilliant facilities, service and food. Every day there are options to join in their own activies, or plan your own, with many options for mountain walking and cycling - all followed by a relax in the sky pool and spa. The food is great with an extensive breakfast buffet followed by a multi-course dinner in the evening. The sommelier helped to select some lovely local wines, with service provided by an efficient and friendly team - with a special mention to Barbara in the evening and Lukas in the morning. Finally, brilliant service by Karol and the team in the bar! Loved every minute and hope to go back.
