New luxury rental in the small village of Saint Maurice sur Eygues just 12 kms from Vaison la Romaine and 10 kms from Nyons.
The house enjoys a clear view facing Mont Ventoux. The latter built in 2014, has all the necessary equipment for your comfort such as air conditioning, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 6 people. You will also appreciate its terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly, its swimming pool of 8.5 m x 4 m with flat bottom (having a space whirlpool on the stairs) and reassured for the children. The latter is for your exclusive use (shared with no one else, you are the only residents on the property).
You will enjoy a very comfortable house, very intimate, not overlooked, clean and neat, not the owner.
The animals are accepted, the ground is entirely closed.
Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.

A relaxing week
We chose this villa mainly for the outdoor space, but were unable to enjoy it much during the cool weather in late September. Villa itself is small, modern and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Found sofa and beds a little uncomfortable personally, but generally clean and well equipped. The owner is helpful and easy to contact. Location is on the edge of a lovely village. House is semi-detached, but felt very private. Ten minute drive to Nyons for supermarkets/restaurants etc.

View of Ventoux
We loved this place. The house is well designed and comfortable with a lovely outside area and view of the surrounding vineyards and countryside. The village is very friendly and the surrounding area beautiful.

Great house with an amazing view on the Mt. Ventoux
I loved the house and the calm neighbourhood. The place was very clean and the owner made sure we have everything we need.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est agréable et fonctionnel.
Le jardin et surtout la piscine sont très appréciable.
La maison est très bien situé pour visiter la région.

slechte bedden
Check in enkel Franstalige dame snel en zakelijk.
Huisje voldeed aan de verwachtingen prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding,
Bedden zijn slecht.
Check out was prima een Frans/Engelstalige dame verliep gesmeerd.

Wunderbarer, ruhiger Rückzugsort
Wir haben die Tage in der Provence genießen können. Das Haus ist klein, aber es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unseren Kindern war das Internet "nicht stabil genug" Das Highlight war der große Garten samt Pool, der schon Anfang April genutzt werden konnte. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt - ideal für Hunde - und nicht einsehbar. Im Ort hat es einen kleinen Bäcker. In 10 Minuten Entfernung mehrere Supermärkte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
