I recently stayed at kabir and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The reception staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. When I requested a GST invoice, they outright declined without any valid reason. The same happened when I asked for a food voucher—another denial, with no explanation or even a simple apology.
The attitude of the staff was unwelcoming, and their approach to customer service was far from what one would expect from a hospitality establishment. A little politeness and willingness to assist guests go a long way, but unfortunately, that was missing here.
I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value good service and a hassle-free stay. There are plenty of better options with staff who actually understand customer service.
