We enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was lovely, the beds were very comfortable the rooms were very spacious and the staff were welcoming. The seating area outside near the canal was lovely next time we visit London we will definitely stay again,

We stayed here during a visit to central London. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff were very polite, and helpful with regard to advice on transport needs. Nice location by the canal, with lovely views. We can highly recommend this hotel

Very clean and comfortable bed. Great shower . Drink making equipment and small fridge. We chose this place as we had an early morning pick up at Heathrow and didn't want to drive down from Derby at silly o'clock and all in one day. We bought dogs and were welcomed. We had nice walk along canal and saw how it's fine to walk to Elizabeth line . We ordered food and sat outside our room which was good on summer evening. You are kind of in the pub garden so potentially could be noisy but we were tired and a Thurs night and we both slept great . Will definitely recommend for Heathrow . Also a Tesco close so that was a bonus as forgot dog food and Costa cafe in Tesco. All was great .

Wonderful querky, friendly place with excellent staff. Well equipped rooms. A quiet location in amongst a busy area. Close to Heathrow. Thank you for the gluten free breakfast. Lovely restaurant with a reasonable priced menu. Will stay again.

We loved our short one night stay at Canal Cottages. We stayed in the Canal Suite which was beautiful. Not noisy at all. Had an air conditioning unit that we used to keep us cool. Beautiful bathroom. Loved the breakfast. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night and didn’t get to truly appreciate the property. Hoping to get back for another stay next time we’re in the area. Five stars all the way!

The room we stayed in was a little unit tucked behind the main pub/restaurant building which is on the canal. Due to its position we heard very little noise from the venue. The beds are comfortable, there are tea/coffee making facilities and continental breakfast supplies provided, a nice hot strong shower, TV, decent wifi and all for an excellent price. It is walkable (but about 1.5 km) from West Drayton underground station (Elizabeth Line) via the towpath if like us you don't have a car with you and choose not to Uber. It is close to Heathrow airport with parking on site. We enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant. Staff are friendly and it has a relaxed vibe. The rooms are quite pared back but everything you need is provided. We imagine would be great to overnight here also if attending an event. A hidden gem!

Brilliant time at the Waters edge last night the Stevie Wonder tribute act was amazing guy food was amazing lovely’s hot and the staff worked bloody hard. We had three courses and it was gorgeous food Thank you for a brilliant night was wonderful.

Fantastic place to stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, lovely food and a great location on the canal. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We stayed as were going to a party held at this venue which was well organised and a great space. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in the WatersEdge Canal Cottages on a Friday night before our flight from Heathrow back to the States. We had a rental car that we had to turn in and it was a short and easy drive in the morning. Our cottage was giant and seemed brand new. The restaurant was cool and quiet as far as hearing any noise from it in our cottage. We had the Deluxe Junior Suite that over looked the canal and 2 bridges. After we checked in we took an Uber to West Drayton to catch a train into London to see some sites. That was easy too. It was very unique lodging and we would stay there again.
