This place has the most amazing room and view! It's the perfect spot to stay, with an unbeatable location and the most incredible and caring staff! The honeymoon room is an absolutely fantastic choice for couples. You can savor the private terrace, relish breakfast, sip on drinks, and unwind in the hot tub. We are definitely coming back!

My second visit to this lovely hotel. We went to celebrate my daughter’s Masters Hraduation at the university and shared a family room. Gorgeous room with thoughtful design. Really warm welcome with festive balloons left in our room for the graduate.

Parking in the Netherlands is a challenge, but this hotel does offer parking at the back. Very nice location, walking distance to everything. Very modern and hip. WE did not try the restaurant, which was absolutely beautiful and we do not doubt the food and service were frantastic too.

The receptionists were all very nice and helpful, the room was charming and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the toilet/bathroom was small but nice with good products (liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). Moreover, in the room there was an Illy espresso machine, so we had some very good espressos and even cappuccinos! The neighbourhood is also very quiet and very close to everything.

The hotel is very nice and the staff too. The room and bed were very comfortable. I found a towel with stains, but it was immediately replaced. The only negative thing is that my room faced a courtyard with a block of flats where there a was a party with loud music until midnight and we were looking for some rest…

A friendly staff and a great meeting bar downstairs make this a pleasant place to stay. Unfortunately, securing a reservation at the restaurant during your visit is nearly impossible. The in-room coffee machine was a challenge to operate, but the breakfast should be entirely skipped—it's an inedible buttery mess.

We were in a room on the top floor with a private deck overlooking Utrecht. Just an amazing view with the Cathedral almost next door. Moody decorating that makes the rooms feel cozy but with modern upscale touches. Beautiful bathtub in the room too!

Great stay! Can't find a better location! Very center of the city. Super nice attentive friendly staff. New comfort room. very comfortable bed. modern bathroom. clean. calm. The best impressions and memories. I want to return to this hotel next time.

The hotel location was very good, close to shops , restaurants and coffee shops , very pretty area too. Reception staff were very helpful We took up a parking space which was very helpful although was quite expensive The hotel decor was good , a lift was available as there were a lot of stairs. The bar area was also nice we didn’t take up the breakfast option as again was quite expensive for 2 people and we don’t really like a lot at breakfast. The room new moon we had was really quite small , I should have booked a larger one on reflection but this added more cost. Bathroom fittings and shampoo etc were very good quality and the room was quiet, My only comments for such a high cost , I would have expected a better service, the room was quite dusty even after a supposed refresh, some of the shower and shampoo bottles were not working well and we never had complimentary water in the room offered which was a shame as overall it’s quite a high cost hotel for us and not sure it was value for money , this spoiled it a little bit for us. We did overall enjoy our stay
