Hotel bardzo zadbany. Wysoki standard obsługi, gorąco polecamy.

Bardzo fajny pobyt ,obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna ,wygoda, relaks. Jedzenie rozmaite bardzo dobre.

Wszystko zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Miła obsluga, smaczne posilki. Dużo atrakcji, polecam!!!

We had a lovely quiet room on the 4th floor, there are 2 lifts and stairs. The room staff were very good and nothing was missed. The breakfast room/ restaurant on the first floor is light and bright with an amazing choice of breakfast food. There is an a la carte restaurant on the ground floor. The bar food was extremely good and value for money, no more than the high Street prices. The swimming pools are amazing the quiet salt pool is very relaxing. There are sauna, steam room and infra red at the guests disposal. A salt room on floor 1. A most beautiful café and rotating viewing gallery can be found on floor 5. The hotel is well placed for the beach and old town. This hotel offered us a wonderful 5 night stay.

The hotel staff are mainly people from Ukraine. The hotel needs to be refreshed. It shows wear and tear (rust), especially in the pool area. Long check-outs are basically standard. It really deserves 4 stars - there are better places in Poland.

Bowling alley, multiple sauna types ( dry, aroma, IR, steam) , night club with shisha music and cocktails, swimming pools and lots of them (laps, relax, kids, hot tubs, slides) two restaurants (fine dining and regular) gym and so much more. The staff were awesome and professional. The meals were top notch. Cocktails from the club and restaurant were all mixed to perfection. Whether or not you want a place where you can drink eat relax or swim exercise and work on health this place has you covered.

Excellent stay! Great spacious rooms (we stayed in a 3 person apartment), very good food, combining very classical Polish cuisine as well as daily selection of special dishes (ramen, various pasta dishes prepared in front of you etc.) there’s more to discover, such as three really big swimming pool (25m, general recreation and a salty water one), four big saunas, local cafe placed in the highest part of the building offering some view over the vicinity, with, attention! L rotating floor, there is some daily part and entertainment (which I didn’t check out) plus plenty of things to do for little kids if you travel with them. I enjoyed my stay here.

it is not good at all to pay for parking nowhere in the world you are paying for parking into 5 star hotel , For two night i pay 420 $ and when i check out they told me i need to pay for parking not acceptably never again

Great place with a lot of amenities and the place does feel really classy. It's like a resort it has swimming pools, gym, arcade, great restaurants etc. But the downside I would say is that even though it may be a 5 star hotel the rooms do not feel like a 5 star and more like a 3 star they dont provide toiletries just a squishy shampoo/ body wash that you normally find in a 3 star. Overall it's a great place but they need to make their rooms more like the rest of the hotel.

We were once again in this hotel and unfortunately the food deteriorated significantly. Small choice of dishes, no barbecue outside as it used to be.. Economy on products, a small selection of dishes for children.

I was already 5th time in Grand Lubicz Hotel and I will be back soon for sure. Great place and atmosphere, many attractions. Amazing pool and SPA area, large selection of good food with live cooking also. I can confidently recommend it!

A total failure. The rugs in rooms and halls smell of urine. Towels maybe used to be white, but definitely aren't anymore, neither were they clean (kinda gross). Food mediocre, repetitive, reheated (!) from previous days, the fish were evidently dry and not fresh, while the fish soup looked and tasted like a used floor cloth. It was our sixth stay here, and for sure the last one. The hotel has changed dramatically since our last visit, and for worse.
