cozy and great view! the rooms are excellent, great style, great amenities the pool, sauna, jazuzzi and the gym was great the personal was very helpful it´s not too close to the center, and maybe a cab service to the center would be great just like other hotels offer and the buffet could use a little upgrade, many mornings we were there at 7am, only to find out that the eggs werent ready, so we had to only have bread and cheese for breakfast punctuality is not one of the qualities around here

We stayed there 4 days, the hotel is quite far from the centre. We already knew that but they do not provide a transfer to the centre, such as other hotels like the Alto Calafate does. it is pretentious but not good. When we arrived after having payed 300.000 pesos, witch are about 1500USD the receptionist tells us that we had to pay 3800 USD!!!!! The administration had left them a handwritten note where it sayed that, totally disrespectful, they never apologized. The breakfast has bad coffee, a fruit salad that probably comes in a can, and very little options. They renewed the front desk but not the rooms wich are old. We hired the excursions from the hotel, that happens to own or be owned by a tourist agency. One of them was terrible, they put you inside an altered pick up, thouse originaly for 8 but these ones sit 8 people, 8 hours knocking the head against the ceiling without being able to see anything!!!! But the worst had yet to come. We were for, but 2 of us did not want the massage we had alredy payed, so the other 2 decided to take their massage as well, they didn´t let us!!!! We has payed for it!!! Unbelievable!! Terrible adminsitration, we had to make like 4 transfers because they kept changing the price and then this. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRETENTIOUS STILL PROVINICIAL HOTEL.

Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Points négatifs : très bruyant, petit déjeuner très frais et peu copieux, café froid., pas du tout à la température ambiante. La salle de restaurant très bruyante et le service est extrêmement long, par contre les portions sont extrêmement copieuse (de trop même).

Nos alojamos casi 10 días....la ubicación del hotel es la mejor!!! No hay otro donde tengas el canal a tus pies la infraestructura increible...las habitaciones amplias...la pileta enorme...el spa muy completo...la lástima es la falta de gerencia...y la prioridad al pasajero...toallas en mal estado....nobte dejan ni jabón para manos...en la ducha los dispensers..si....las cortinas no cerraban del todo....el desayuno el primer día terrible.....una lágrima...justo habían cambiado de concesion...obvio no era excusa...aunque los últimos 3 días había mejorado....bastante...Clara q lo atendía era lo mejor!!lo que pagamos podría decirse q la ubicación y las vistas lo pagan x eso no se esfuerzan por priorizar alnhuesped!!hay estacionamiento en la puerta pero la prioridad es para la gente del hotel!!y no hay control del mismo.Con una buena gerencia seria un 5 estrellas!!

Excelente todo. Desayuno, las instalaciones, la pileta y sus instaciones, las las habitaciones. Todo 20 puntos. Para volver. La pasamos super. Es para recomendar. Esta lejos del centro, 10 minutos en uber. La atencion del personal excelente. Es para volver

Estuvimos en enero y la verdad que espectacular. Iba con desconfianza porque vi un par de comentarios negativos pero mi experiencia fue sumamente positiva. Muy amables los empleados sobretodo fede del Health Club. Lo único que no anduvo bien fue el wifi en las habitaciones pero resto súper bien. Después hay que tener en cuenta que está lejos del centro y no llega el colectivo así que hay que caminar 15 min hasta la parada, tomar un taxi o Uber o alquilar un auto. Ahhh y el colchón y la almohada eran comodísimos.
