Arrived at the hotel after visiting the local vehicle administration office to get my Chinese drivers licence. I required a certificate of residence from the hotel to complete the process. 李艳毅 went out of her way to help me get the document, taking me to the local police station, translating for me and contacting local authorities on my behalf. Thanks to her I was able to successfully get my licence. Hotel is elegant and classy, well furnished rooms and great, helpful staff. Also a good view of the city from the window. Walking distance from main attractions in Ürümqi city.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. All was quite enough for good family trip.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

Food choices are limited. But there are many restaurants around. Good location, spacious and comfortable rooms.

They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

Wow 🤩 nice hotel! Aso loved the staff and the service .. near many attractions and easy to get taxis and public transportation…

海德酒店是烏魯木齊老牌子五星酒店了，地理位置好，在人民廣場旁邊，旁邊就有24小時營業餐館和便利店，很方便。酒店底藴在的，所以設施完善，熱水壓力大，空調給力。 這裏給阿力木.努爾同學點贊，工作認真負責，態度好，服務周到。

作為烏魯木齊的老牌五星級酒店，工作人員服務讓人感到賓至如歸。由於烏魯木齊大雪，航班延誤，次日凌晨3點多才到酒店，前台工作人員給升到了豪華商務房間，也給舟車勞頓帶來一絲欣慰。雖然就住了幾個小時，但睡的很舒服。站在31層的房間，將烏魯木齊的市景盡收眼底。值得一提的是，酒店淋雨的水壓很大，洗澡很舒服。其他服務和設備都是五星級標準。下次來烏魯木齊，還會選擇海德酒店。

酒店整體環境整潔，房間佈局合理，服務周到，讓人倍感舒心。價格合理，性價比高。非常適合商務出差和旅遊觀光，酒店員工陳俊態度熱情友好，服務細緻入微。

這家酒店很棒👍🏻，前台努爾主管特別熱情，免費升級套房，住的很舒服，還有小樑幫我開發票，很滿意，下次還會選擇這家酒店。
