This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

Very nice front desk staff and we really appreciate the no smoking signs everywhere and enforcing it in the rooms and hallways to facilitate a clean and nice smell!

This room with the projector was worse than rooms with the TV. The projector was blurry and could also not be controlled by Xiao Du, also had to watch in the dark for better clarity. The room was also very smoky from the previous visitor.

Stayed in Urumqi a couple of times, this is by far the best for value property I've stayed in. Lovely, friendly service, spacious, modern rooms, huge TV, plush interior and comfy bed. Items in the mini bar were free so was the breakfast, tea and supper... definitely a winner in my books. I'm coming back for sure, thanks to the team that made my stay a memorable one.

The hotel staff are really friendly, I like the lady dress with Han traditional clothing at front counter. Breakfast is good, choices a lot. Room size is good, equipment with xiaodu, my friend like it very much. Shopping centres nearby, but not a walking distance. U can see the hotel from the hongshan park, which is nearby too.

I traveled with my brother to China for the first time, and this was our favorite hotel of the entire trip! Breakfast is delicious and we got to try many local dishes. Don’t miss the chai! Our rooms were clean and large, and we had fun talking to xiaodu. The service was excellent, and the staff worked with us easily in spite of our limited Chinese language skills. The hotel is located within walking distance of several beautiful parks, and many fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend!

The hotel was spanking new, and was clean. Service was professionally executed. The only drawback was the location - not very central, but still okay.

We were excited to stay three nights at this hotel. We travelled all around to our friends, restaurants and tourist spots so easy due to the location. If I come back to this city I’ll stay here again.

設施：酒店設施完備，不過沒有停車場，如果是自駕可能得另外找地方停車。 衞生：房間乾淨，毛巾啥的每天都換。 服務：早餐份量再多一些就更好了，我們九點半下樓很多品種已經被拿空了。 環境：周邊配套齊全，離商業區也不遠，總之很便利。 誰能想得到房間裏就能看到天山，紅山呢

房間整體寬敞明亮舒適温馨，風格也很棒。一天可以過來吃早餐，下午茶，夜宵～～～總體是很不錯的。 房間比較智能化，可以語音控制燈光等等。就是窗簾非常卡頓…… 剛去的那天人非常不舒服，得了急性腸胃炎，一直都呆在酒店。 床很軟，不知道是不是生病的原因感覺翻來覆去的睡着就是不太舒服。連續住了幾天，後面幾天衞生都是比較簡單的打掃了一下，但打掃衞生的阿姨人還是很不錯的，説枕頭不舒服還特意給找了舒服點的枕頭。 這裏的位置還算不錯，出去去別的地方都很方便，離大巴扎博物館什麼的都還比較近，出行很方便。 酒店環境還不錯，看着亮堂衞生舒適，樓下的保安大叔也非常貼心。 總體對這個酒店還算滿意。
