The receptionist was really kind, he gave us a late checkout, knowing that we had a late flight that evening. The room size and amenities in the room were great, and the location was pretty central as well. Too bad we didn't get to use the hotel pool. It looks really good and the staff were very friendly, happy to show us around. I won't hesitate to stay there again.

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

The room is very completed, the location is in the center of the city, the hotel has a complete gym.

位置很好，但是設施稍微有點舊了，有健身房

房間説是給升級了，房間比較大，也挺乾淨，總體還不錯。周邊吃飯的地方不算太多，需要走一段路。早餐還算是豐富，中餐為主。離華凌市場很近，離紅山公園也不遠，走路十分鐘左右吧。總體還是不錯的。

設施：雖然是老酒店，硬件應該比較用心維護。 服務：前台小姐姐小哥哥非常棒，全程微笑。 小建議：早餐工作人員全程叼着牙簽收盤子，嬉戲打鬧比客人聲音大很多…早餐樣數太少了…望改進，五星送給前台小姐姐小哥哥，還有大廳保安姐姐！！！

酒店房間乾淨整潔，熱水很好，早餐豐富，位置極佳，服務態度很好，是烏魯木齊同類型性價比最高的酒店。。。。。。。。。。。

錦江國際酒店正規五星級酒店，比很多新開的那些連鎖酒店好多了，大堂寬敞典雅，房間很大且乾淨整潔好用，前台接待和客房服務員服務態度都非常熱情，性價比高。

性價比不高，進出入視你如空氣，沒人幫你提行李。即便看着你一人拎兩個行李箱也沒人管。 大堂安檢的阿姨倒是挺來勁，嗓門大的嚷嚷的讓你頭疼。 房屋浴室裏有超級大衹的蚊蟲，差點心臟病嚇出來了。 房間桌子上黏嘰嘰的，不知道什麼沒擦乾淨。房卡也是感覺很臟，萬年不換的那種。 特別不推薦這個酒店， 是我來新疆旅行住的最差的一個！
