Amazing place in Urubamba! I rested here for two nights and wouldn’t wish for anything more. The room was very comfortable with big bed, tall ceilings, hot shower and two heathers. Breakfast was super yummy and dinner was even better ! Highly recommend to stay here if you are traveling through Sacred Valley (Pisac doesn’t have nice hotels like this and is only 30 min away)

The hotel and grounds look like you are in a fairytale. Is is so simple yet so beautiful. So quiet and so clean. The staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant is so romantic. I wish I could have stayed longer just to unwind. The food was excellent. For breakfast it was a buffet but I was still able to order from the dinner menu. I really wanted to try my favorite dish but is was our last morning at the hotel. Thank you Luz Vanessa for making our stay a extra pleasant one.

Beautiful place, and the kindest and most considerate staff ever. The food in the dining room was delicious and fresh, and the breakfast was more than generous. There is even a little children’s courtyard if you have a family. This monastery is steeped in history. The chapel, sitting by the fountain, exploring out back.. so many peaceful places to be still and find some peace. They have a happy hour too! There is something for everyone and every mood. Trails to the mountain are within walking distance if you choose,

The charm of the hotel was convincing, as it is an old monastery. The room is furnished accordingly. The breakfast is rather sparse, as in many Peruvian hotels. For dinner we tried the alpaca. Unfortunately, this was overdone, even though we had ordered medium. The hotel is a bit out of the way. We recommend that you go down to the main street for dinner and then turn right. There are a few decent restaurants there.

This is a peaceful hotel in Urubamba in the Sacred Valley, about 10-15 minute walk into the town, restaurants and shops. It’s a beautiful setting, surrounded by mountains and with pretty gardens. The reception staff are very helpful. For what is described as a four star hotel, the rooms felt a little small, dark and sparse, but maybe that’s the point of an ex Monastery. We felt they could have provided more outside seating in the gardens to take advantage of the setting.

A beautiful quaint hotel with beautiful inner courtyard gardens and courteous staff. Excellent walking distance to center of town, Urubamba. Breakfast has a wide variety for children and adults alike. Vegetables, fruits, cereals, eggs, sausages and breads.

Wonderful atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. Only a 10 min walk to the city centre. Small mini fridge. Rooms are clean. An old church is part of the hotel. We enjoyed ourself. We didn't use the restaurant however friends said it was fine.

This Hotel was a delight. Staff were excellent, room was good with large comfortable bed. A nice peaceful setting, great breakfast and dinner. We had wonderful stay here.

Great hotel but they dont have a complimentary water bottle in your check in. Food in their restaurant is good. Breakfast is okay but some food is cold. Room numbers is a bit confusing. But overall the scene around the hotel is fantastic!! Staffs are very helpful

It has been an absolute pleasure staying here. Our arrival very welcoming. We were upgraded to a suite, just on the cloister. We even got a birthday treat when we were leaving, with a candled cake and HAPPY BIRTHDAY song from the staff. Specially Ms Ana Karina, on front desk, very friendly and professional. A place to go !!! Highly recommend !!!

Very clean and the people very hopitality, antique but nice. Beside the hotel there is antique church and the most interesting in the park has one trees has 500 years old. Just one the problem is the principal access to the hotel must better and maybe use asphalt.

This place is a fantastic hotel. Very nice room with a huge and comfortable bed and also a large bathroom. The restaurant is elegant overlooking a parc. It very looks like and old monaster, ans thé staff is very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. While it wasn’t anything fancy, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the property had a tremendous amount of charm. Breakfast could have been a little more extensive, but the food was fine, and the dinner we had at the restaurant was quite good. This hotel was a little out of the way, but after seeing the ‘city centre’ we far preferred this walk out of the way than staying in the dusty centre of Urubamba.

Loved staying here. A unique and interesting hotel, a renovated monastery with original antique furniture, pictures and trunks on display, with views of the Andes from bedroom windows. Gorgeous flowers in various courtyards. Comfortable lounge/ bar with daily happy hour 2 for 1 specials. Rooms are 2- story with bedrooms with comfortable bed in loft upstairs. Free coca tea as well as other types in lobby. Delicious free breakfast including made to order eggs. Dinner was also delicious with many traditional Peruvian options. Staff was kind and helpful throughout stay, and happily filled our water bottles from purified water jugs. A real treat.
