Bel hôtel en général service à la réception médiocre sinon le reste restaurant bar très bon service. J’étais en all inclusive mais beaucoup de choses payantes.

If you want to enjoy your holiday, please do not book at this resort! The first day we arrived in the evening around 23:00. To check-in, they are making a copy of your passport (while this is not happening in other resorts in zanzibar or tanzania). Coming in to the room we saw that the beds were full of stains and there was a huge nest of insect eggs in the shower. After going back and forth to the reception they finally changed the bedding and removed the insect eggs. The next day they came for a deepcleaning of the room. The power at the resort keeps falling out, hence your aircon will stop in the middle of night. In two weeks time this happened a couple times every night. Everytime, we woke up from the heat and then noticed the aircon was off again. We also stayed at another resort where there was no power outage at all, thus this was a problem specific to paradise beach resort. Likely due to overload on the power network. At a certain point the aircon stopped working all together. Luckily they were able to fix the aircon. The matrass in the main room was sagged. My mom already had pain in her back and it didnt get any better sleeping on that matress. We went to another resort for 3 days and here the matress was good and my mom didnt have that much pain in her back anymore, until we returned to Paradise Beach Resort, where it started all over again. Since I cannot eat meat, garlic or union we checked out the a la carte restaurant before we arrived, but unfortunately this restaurant was closed (without notifying us beforehand), only the snacks could be ordered. This made it very difficult for me to eat something nice on holiday. At a certain point the entire coconut bar was closed, which meant I did not have any food at all. We had to contact more than 3 people from the resort in order to get some food, each time telling us its not possible. Eventually the chef of the restaurant did make the samosa for me, but it took us more than an hour to even get it arranged. Additionally, the walking buffet was not clean at all, as the first day the yoghurt was sour but the second day it was not, indicating to me it was kept outside the fridge for way too long. There was also some blue/white stuff on the cheese, and the guests in the resort are touching the food with their bare hands and tasting the souces from the spoon and putting it back in. The resort didnt pay attention to all of this and just let it happen. My mom still has stomach ache from eating the buffet. The bathroom has a horrible sewage smell, as the sewage smell comes up through the toilet. This is also something we havent experienced in the other resort we stayed in or in the lodges of the safari. So again something specific to paradise beach resort. The pillow outside had been pooped on by birds, and instead of cleaning it, they just turn it around. Not acceptable and really disgusting! Last but not least, one of the last days we went to the butterfly centre, and I had left my sigare

The people and staff was very frendly and a serviceable. For a food I can give a 10 for an efford, but. Some say that there was a same food every day, but that was not actually true, it just taste a same. The island is a famous of a spices, but they don´t use them so much. A menu was rotating that every day of the week was a different and extras from a live coocing, pizzas, burgers, pastas. So there is a place to go for a Gordon Ransey to put a kitchen in order :-) A brekfast was a good and deserts exellent, A fresh fruit allways available and so on.

Not great, everything was average. Food, accommodation. - Bad location (nothing outside the hotel); the tide is significant, and the entire bay smells bad - Bad rooms, the drains in the bathroom smelled terrible; worst in the morning and evening; we had to ventilate a lot - The food was bland and didn't change much in the buffet ️ - If I had only experienced this hotel, I wouldn't think highly of Zanzibar.

This is Africa so you need to accept intermittent WiFi, power outages and slower service at times! However the staff make this resort, very friendly and helpful. The food on the buffet is sometimes cold and the toaster machine appears some days and not others, but overall food quality is varied and good. Great setting on the beach, chill out on the jetty bar, would highly recommend this resort. Also visited the village and school, really interesting, great insight into the simple life that goes on outside the resort gates.

One of the best hotels I have been to. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Ooh the service and the staff are exceptional, the moment you get there, it's like paradise. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help, very well coordinated with the way things are done from room service and all the way to the main office. My husband and I were impressed by how they communicated to give us the best experience we could ever ask for. The varieties of delicious fresh food offered daily at the buffet restaurant and the fresh juice options. The snack bar option is a great idea for the late Waker Special thanks to the receptionist Mr Babu and the staff at Namaste Restaurant on how professional and friendly they were to us which made our experience a dream come true.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Zanzibar for a romantic vacation and we resided at Paradise Beach Resort. The view was fantastic, the food was amazing and the customer service was very pleasing, however, one of the staff members who caught our attention the most was Haysam Oscar! His service was outstanding and his friendliness made me and my boyfriend feel special. I appreciate how much Haysome would offer to book my boyfriend and me for a romantic dinner at one of the restaurants in the Hotel, Haysam would even request us to give feedback on how to improve the quality of our stay with them which is quite a struggle bcoz we have always enjoyed everything about the hotel. I am looking forward to another stay at Paradise Beach Resort again!!

amazing environment and great food. everyone is friendly and helpful.The family room is spacious and have 5 beds.we enjoyed all the entertainment they arranged for us during the day and at night. Best place to go with young kids because they have a playground,playroom and a babysitter.so awesome
