We live in a spacious 115 detached house with parking in Maihama 1600m from Tokyo Disney Resort 6 minutes by bus about 20 minutes by foot The entire house can be reserved for a group of up to 21 people
Since the landlord is not present and the lock is a numbertype autolock it provides excellent privacy and security during your stay and is ideal for large groups traveling or for small families who want to relax in a private space that is larger than a hotel It can be used as a place to stay

ディズニーの花火がピッタリ見えたり、コンビニに歩いて行けたり、立地はとても良かったです。
ただ、グリルが汚れたままで放置されていました。（管理者に確認すると使用不可のシールを貼っていたとのことでしたが、はずれていたのでおそらくどなたかが使ってそのままだったのだと思います。）洗濯機もありますが、とても汚かったです。
清潔さを気にされないようなら、ディズニーも近くいいと思います。

とても快適に過ごせました♪
ディズニー歩きに疲れた足に、みんながマッサージチェアを取り合ってましたよ(´∀｀)
またそちらの方に行く機会があれば是非宜しくお願いします！
リビング前の床だけ不安になってみんな避けていた為、あれだけ直した方が更に良いと思いますd(￣ ￣)
オーナーさんに、たまたま直接お会いできて、とても人柄の良い方で、民泊初心者の私達には安心できました！
2泊3日とても楽しめました！

ディズニーから歩いて行ける立地なので助かりました。
宿も設備もとても良かったです。
また、ホストの対応も丁寧でわかりやすく、急な変更にも対応して下さり、とてもありがたかったです。

3家族、総勢16人での宿泊でしたが、快く承諾をしてくれて、本当に感謝してます。

部屋も綺麗で、マメな連絡で安心しました！

まず、ホストさんがメールで細かく説明してくれたり、問い合わせたことにも迅速に答えてくださるので安心して宿泊ができました。
お部屋も綺麗で、広さもありとても居心地の良い空間を提供させていただきました。
