Great hotel. Value for money. Excellent location to Tokyo DisneySea and Ikspari Shopping Mall.

A little tired with the furnishings. There's 2 wings to the hotel. Within the Tokyo Disneyland monorail. A good option for dining within the hotel.

good location to disneyland. 1 min walking distance to bayside station. there’s shuttle bus operating between maihama station and hotel. room is old, some spots are very dusty

Good points are: 1. Large room with four beds, 2. nice view, 3. near the monorail, 4. having Nintendo games free for playing at lobby, 5. Having direct bus to airport, 6. Friendly staffs, 7. Free water bottles, etc. Which are good for family travelers!

The hotel room is big and spacious. The services of hospitality is good, the breakfast is with wide variety of food includes cold food like salad, fruits, nato, cheese as well as hot food like Japanese rice, noodle, porridge, miso soup etc. slight Western food like spaghetti and croissants are provided too. Chinese dim sum like mini Bao and sui Mai were provided. Overall this hotel is very value for money as the room rate, facility and breakfast is good

Big room and big beds for families of 4. Convenient shuttle buses to train station.

Great hotel! The area looked beautiful and had wondeeful amenities. They offer early pick up of baggage that will be delivered to your room which is a huge plus! However, the rooms themselves were old and very dated.The room has a nice view of the park but it seemed like a room from the 90s and hasn't been updated since. The air conditioning was also poor and despite the staff trying to assist, the room was still very warm. Location wise, it's near the station too to go to the theme parks. But eitherway, worth considering!

It was a great resort for families as it has a lot of facilities for children and it also has bag hotel rooms. We booked a room with 2 double bed and 2 single beds which fits all 6 of us. It was convenient as we traveled with 2 elderly people and 3 children. It was just unfortunate that almost all the facilities in the hotel charge an extra fee. It costed about $30 usd to use the outdoor pool, it was quite expensive.

1 minute walk from Bayside, I preferred this far above the Okkura which is adjacent especially for families with a 2 and 5 yo. The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.

If you are going to the Disney theme parks I don't think there are better arrangement than staying in the hotels around the parks, unless you plan on squeezing with the wave of people getting out of the area after the fireworks.  The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with up to 4 restaurants and a wide selection of Continental and Japanese offerings.

A very nice hotel and its so convenient to Disneyland or Disneysea. Enjoying our stay there and also the breakfast is good 👍

We had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Grand for 3 nights. It is conveniently located near disneyland. The room is big enough for our family and overall clean and well maintained. The breakfast selection is good too and my kids enjoyed at the popcorn candy floss station. Highly recommend people who want to stay near disney to choose this place.

Great option for those visiting Tokyo Disneyland. The room is spacious with 4 beds which is perfect for family with kids.

Very disappointed for Both Agency Trip.com and Sheraton Hotel ‘s Customer Service. As medical issue we are unable to check in hotel and request for fully refund booking fee. We Have liaised with Hotel management directly , they have replied they agreed free cancellation special for us, yet travel agency Trip.com inform me the hotel not able to cancel and refund booking or even modify booking . What’s the negotiation between the hotel agency and hotel , responsible to customers? The policy not so flexiblel compared to other Hotel in Japan. Definitely not recommend for those who may need to cancel booking
