Good to stay over to get to Tokyo Disney and DisneySea for my next stay for 3D2N in MiraCoata Hotel in DisneySea. They even upgraded me to a room with balcony!

It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour. The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash. Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting. The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center. I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late. The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more. The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Bravo,Bravo, Bravo Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

Hotel with excellent services and cleanliness. They provide free shuttle to Disneyland and nearby shuttle. Highly recommend for those who came in and go out from Haneda, airport bus is very convenient. For narita, it’s abit limited.

Stayed at Hyatt for our recent Disney trip. Super easy to book and check in. Helpful, friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to Disney parks was really convenient! Great drinks from the bar as well.

We stayed here with our 2 kids and travelled to DisneyLand and DisneySea using their complimentary shuttle service. Overall a great hotel and easy to get to the two theme parks and back. I would highly recommend it for the cost savings and overall value you get versus staying at one of the Disney affiliated hotels, which cost ~2-3 times more.

Hotel is good, service just so so. We are especially unhappy about the hotel free Disney shuttle bus driver, I'll in manner when stop at the hotel parking behind. Stare at me in a provocative manner, those free shuttle bus driver should learn how to be polite towards hotel customer. Some of the reception staff also not so friendly when service English speaking customer.

We enjoyed the hotel room so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Being in the cramped rooms of the city before and after our stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay made it very difficult to leave. We appreciated the cleanliness, hospitality, plush beds and amenities. The only drawbacks were a bit far from Disneyland and the shuttle pick up location at the parks were quite far from the gate but, again, the hotel itself made up for that. In room dining was great, breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations considering the price we paid. While the location is convenient for those visiting Disney, it falls short in other areas, with many essential services and attractions being quite far away. One major issue I faced was an allergic reaction to their soap. When I requested an alternative, the staff informed me that they had no options available, which was disappointing. Additionally, the laundry prices were exorbitant; I paid nearly 5 euros for a single shirt to be washed, which felt unreasonable. Though the staff was incredibly polite and kind, I found that even the simplest requests often led to long wait times and complications. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as it simply doesn't provide enough value for the price.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately check in was a little difficult due to a member of staff who was a little rude (H. Abe), but the rest of the staff were lovely.

It was very clean. Amazing hotel. Even had Shuttle service to Disneyland and Disney Sea.

The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Room size was perfect. My only problem was that they were quite stingy with the body wash, shampoo and conditioner as they were placed in tiny containers.

Room is big, toilet clean and spacious, coffee made by coffee machine delicious , view outside windows is good. Service is good, microwave available is convenient, Lawson is nearby. Shuttle bus to Disneyland and station very convenient also.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December 2024 due to its vicinity to Disneyland and the more rural vibe. Service and food were excellent and the stay was well worth the price for what is a peak tourist season in Japan!

Good services , location and very tidy, also friendly and helpful staff.
