It's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

My clients enjoyed their stay at this hotel. It's highly recommended to book this hotel if you are traveling to Japan.

close to TDL, 1km from JR line. but not advisable for those who looking for halal food around

Easy, efficient check in. Key drop for check out. Good Room size (twin bed room) Great breakfast with plenty of options. Disneyland & railway station drop off convenient Very pleasant stay would recommend.

Location is good but room A little bit small

After a long and exhausting journey, I arrived at the hotel to be greeted by staff who informed me that check-in was at 2 pm. Despite booking a room a day earlier, my reservation appeared to be canceled in the system. Another staff member questioned why I hadn't called to inform them of my late arrival, but as the hotel was prepaid, I assumed my room would be held regardless. After a lengthy wait, I was finally issued a room card, but it didn't work. While one family member sought assistance, the rest of us waited outside the room, hearing voices from within. Eventually, the guests inside emerged, and we discovered we were issued the wrong room. Back at the lobby, we were initially asked for payment to fix the room cards, but when we explained the situation, they checked for available rooms to issue us a new one. After nearly 45 minutes, we were finally able to check in. Its very disappointing and a bad experience, the staff were hostile and not even apologetic becos rhey felt i was in wrong for not informing of the late checkin

Little bit a far from station

Good location if you’re visiting disney parks. free shuttle as well!

Good allocation which is easy to find and convenience store nearby. Free shuttle ride to the Disney and train station.

Have shuttle bus to Disneyland

There is a shuttle bus to and fro Disneyland. But please be mindful that the shuttle bus is super packed if you intend to watch the fireworks. The hotel should consider providing another shuttle bus to accommodate during peak periods especially when most of the hotel guests are families with young kids.

Not satisfied because house keeping also not good

My kids loved the hotel. It’s nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of nice amenities as good as a more expensive hotel (kids toothbrushes, lounge suits, slippers). The shuttle to and from Disney is pretty good. The shuttle to the station is not very helpful. It never left at a good time for us to explore or get to airport. The earliest one goes too late for many regional flights. The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced. We’d stay again but probably would get a hotel with a more convenient location realistically. Closer to a station or more regular shuttles.
