Very honest review, if you’re looking for a clean room, clean tile floors, cold air, comfy bed with clean linens. This is your place. The gentlemen that manages is super super friendly and takes pride in the facilities. This is a perfect budget place in a great local.

This place is amazing! They remodeled and it's better than EVER! Came down for my best friends daughters 14th birthday. We always stay at cooks and will continue to as the years to come! Thanks cooks for the amazing time!!! It rained on Saturday but it was worth it !!!

1 star is the minimum we can chose but it’s too much for this property. The room smelled like old smoke mixed with toilet drain, they just tried to hide it with Air freshener. I spilled some water on the floor and when I cleaned it with one of their white towels, the towel was awfully dirty like the floor was never mopped. There are residents that live there, with the TV on all night and barbecuing in front of your door. The worse of all is that they were charging me more than the agreed online, and the front desk guy told me that it was because in Florida the taxes were 14%. He clearly lied to me but I didn’t want to argue so I left it like that. Obviously we won’t come back and I suggest you never go.
