Where to start, I asked for a microwave three times as my room was supposed to have one and no one would give me one. When I arrived I had to walk through six inches of water to get to my room so my shoes and pants were completely soaked. I opened my door to find not a puddle, but a lake covering over half the room. The staff refused to help or change my room. They threw me a few extra towels and told me to clean it up. There was no hair dryer either so my shoes stayed soaked for the trips entirety. My key did not work to open my room and was locked out three different times. I had to build a baricade around the base of the door to keep the water from coming in. After all that I just wanted to take a hot shower and go to bed, except the shower didn't work and there was no hot water so I had to take a freezing cold shower two nights in a row. I not only will never stay at a days inn again, I'm contacting their main hub to refund my stay and if they don't, I will sue them for charged time repairing amd cleaning the room I paid for. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels, but this experience, hands down, is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I'm truly appalled by the staff and the condition they charged me for. Absolutely, the worst experience ever.

Tub has a rapid drip and very difficult to get any hot water for a shower. Stain on the comforter. Floor need to be vacuumed.

The hotel room looks almost nothing like the pictures. Everything is older and outdated where the pictures make it look remodeled. The beds were very firm and the comforter had holes in it. definitely cheap...so you do get what you pay for here.

The property itself was very clean. The area around it was nice enough as well. My only real complaint and was very noticeable had to be the very, very uncomfortable mattess. It had zero fluff so to speak, felt like i was laying on the ground .

Hearing next door yelling, small tv, old furniture (from the 60's) very small bathroom. Felt very uncomfortable. When checking out at front desk NO ONE asked how our stay was.

The price was good for a 3 night stay. The water in the shower was ice cold Monday and Tuesday. We told them Tuesday morning. When we returned Tuesday night no one had been in the room. The room was not cleaned, trash wasn’t emptied, nor were clean towels and washcloths put in the room. I had to go and get them. The ice cold shower was not fixed, so it was sponge bath in the sink. The shower was finally fixed on Wednesday. The room was cleaned except for the floor. My socks were filthy from walking on the floor. Breakfast was a joke. There was a packaged muffin, coffee, orange juice or apple juice. That’s all.
