不推薦中國人入住 1. 酒店前台check in的時間超過了40分鐘，是在蘭卡入住效率最低的店，疑似給後來的白人先辦理check in且來回要求簽字文件和帶領去房間又回前台，體驗極差。 2. 酒店雖然配了除濕機，但是本次行程入住9家hotel裏最潮濕的一家，同行小夥伴爆發急性濕疹。自帶的床單躺上去就是潮的 3. 電源插銷不合理，床頭左側沒有，近點的只有小桌子上有一個電源插座，其次就是對面電視下方了。

We recently stayed at this incredible hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The Saffron restaurant is a true highlight – the meals are delicious, and there’s such a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re craving local flavors or international dishes, they’ve got you covered. The buffet is absolutely amazing, with fresh and flavorful options for every taste. This friendly staff included a lots of fantastic guys namely Aslam, Kapila, Nanayakkara, Chef Chaminda, Hirusha, Lasika and many more. The swimming pool is large, clean, and crystal clear – perfect for a refreshing dip or just lounging by the water. For families, the kids club and play area are a lifesaver! Our little ones had so much fun, and it gave us some time to relax knowing they were entertained. The location is another big plus – the hotel is near the beach, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds: the calm of the pool and the beauty of the ocean. Everything about this place is fantastic – the facilities, the food, the location, and especially the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing experience at Araliya with absolutely no complaints. The customer service was impeccable, we would like to give mentions to: Aslam Nanayakkara Ashi Lakmini Ashan Chef Chaminda Sathira As well as the entire team. They were extremely accommodating and took the upmost care with our family member who has a nut allergy, and the chef took him round all the food and told him what he can and can’t eat. The manager was very hospitable. The waiters were all lovely. We couldn’t recommend this place more! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had our wedding at Araliya Beach Resort & Spa in 20th of January 2025, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From start to finish, the team at Araliya went above and beyond to make our special day truly memorable. A special mention goes to Ms. Nakshi Bernades, the event coordinator, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the event. She went beyond her scope to ensure that everything was perfect for us. Ms. Sanduni Kavindya, the event manager, was also instrumental in making the event seamless and well-organized. The culinary experience was outstanding, thanks to Chef Amila Hapugahapitiya. Not only was he friendly and approachable, but his food was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the dishes were! The overall management was exceptional—professional, friendly, and accommodating from beginning to end. Every detail was handled with care, making our wedding day stress-free and magical. A huge thank you to Sarasi Flora for the breathtaking wedding decorations! The floral arrangements and setup were stunning, adding elegance and charm to our special day. We highly recommend Araliya Beach Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a well-organized and unforgettable event. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding day perfect!

Our wedding on 4th December 2024, at the Empire Ballroom, Araliya Beach Resort & Spa was truly a dream come true. The venue was beautifully arranged, by ensuring the perfect setting for our special day. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Kasun, the Event Manager, for ensuring everything was perfectly organized. We are also special thanks to Ms. Saduni, the Event Coordinator, deserves immense appreciation for her attention to detail and support throughout the planning process. Also our gratitude for Mr. Chanuka, the Captain, who led the team on the wedding day with exceptional coordination and care. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our wedding a truly memorable experience. We highly recommend Araliya Beach Resort & Spa for any special occasion and sincerely appreciate their efforts in making our wedding day so wonderful.
