The folks at Eagle Town are nice, the price was low, and the apartment was spacious, but there are so many repairs needed—curtains falling off, door handles and cabinet knobs broken or missing, paint and wall paper chipping. The beds were hard and the linens dirty. There was no shower curtain or door. The provided breakfast was not very good. The room was HOT and there was very little to do to lower the temp—even opening the windows in sub-freezing temperatures. The location is terrible—it’s not close to the airport or downtown, and traffic to downtown cannot be believed. Most of the fixes are minor and just take a little attention. They should hire a full-time maintenance person to tackle the wear and tear. Also, such a strange arrangement to offer free airport pick-up, but then charge for the airport drop-off when leaving. One feels taken advantage of. I would avoid this place until they make needed improvements.

DON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless. Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.

Great big apartment with free airport pickup and nice views from the windows. A bit far from the city centre (1h by bus) but if you plan everything it is not a problem.

Для нас важен именно этот район. Менеджер Аби всегда на связи, помогает во всех вопросах, отлично говорит на Английском. Организовал нам трансфер из аэропорта до апартаментов, причем я просто попросила об этом в комментарии к заказу на TRIP. Как я была счастлива, когда увидела табличку со своей фамилией 🤩 Сами апартаменты как новые квартиры с ванной, стиральной машиной, кухней. Иногда бывают недочеты (не хватает посуды, или полотенца) но все решается по звонку либо сообщением менеджеру. Завтраки приносят прямо в номер, они бывают разные, в этот раз был прям отличный. Когда приедем снова, дополню еще фото. Для путешественников важно знать, что отель не рядом с аэропортом Чингисхан! Но с трансфером проблем нет)) Комфортный автомобиль на подземной парковке в любое время готов увезти как в аэропорт так и по городу. Огромное спасибо сотрудникам, водителю трансфера и Аби, ☀️как всегда, приедем еще!

Местоположение для нас было идеальным так как мы были на машине и нам нужно было улетать с аэропорта Чингисхан. Кровати жесковаты. Отель понравился и в следующий раз, когда нам нужно будет улетать мы вернёмся в это место.

23年10月上旬に2泊しました。初モンゴルです。早朝の便で次の国に行くこともあり、自分の旅行スタイルにはフィットしました。 ◯良かった点 ・2022年築の高級アパート？の一室のような部屋。かなり広い上に、モンゴルの住宅事情が見れて面白い。 ・床暖房も全室暖房もあり、部屋中温かい。 ・バルコニーがあって、壮大な大地や夕陽を眺めながら部屋で一杯飲める ・キッチンやカトラリー、ドラム式洗濯機があった ・リズムはあるけど、お湯の温度も水圧も満足。浴槽もある ・徒歩15分くらいのところに大型スーパー、ホテルの一階にもコンビニサイズのスーパーがあるので買い物に困らない ・部屋のコンセントはほぼ全てユニバーサル対応で、日本の家電がそのまま刺さる △気になった点 ・ドライヤーが無い。乾燥しているので1時間もすれば乾くけど… ・たぶん、トイレは紙を流せない。これもモンゴル的には普通か ・アメニティは一応あるけど、肌が弱いのもあって念のため使わなかった。持参した方がいい ・水は飲まないほうがいい。シャワーとか若干黄色い ✕辛かった点 ・空港まで行くルートがタクシーしか無いこと。フロントで呼んでもらって25ドル、一人旅にはちょっと高かった とはいえ、新空港から30分で着くので今回の旅程にはありがたい存在でした。空港からの到着時は事前に予約しておけば無料でピックアップしてくれるし、忘れてたらシャトルバスで30000Tです。ホテルから市内中心部へは公共のバスで1〜1.5時間、片道500T。検索サイトによってはホテルのすぐ横に空港が表示されますが、こちらは現在使われていない空港ですので注意。

我們是去參加展會的，展館就在樓下，走路過去5分鐘，非常方便。 公寓面積很大，設施齊全。可以洗衣服，自己做飯。 經理Aby很nice,給我們幫了很多忙。 前台的幾位也很友善，都會説英文，有些會漢語和英語。

空港送迎があったので利用したが、お部屋の管理がひどかった。 タオルは臭く黒ずんでいて、トイレットペーパーがなかった。

房間很大，一個客廳，一間睡房，開放式廚房和衞生間還有一個很大的陽台，窗外景觀也非常好，離機場算是很近的酒店，不過國際航班現在都移到新的機場，所以酒店過去車程還是要半小時到四十分鐘
