Central location, 15 mins walk can reach the main square and Shangri-la shopping mall. Price good. 2 restaurants inside hotel. Room spotless clean, spacious, well equipped. But pre-ordering of taxi to airport is not available and staff can only call on the spot when transport service needed (uber like apps in Mongolia is not user friendly). Please note that the ride between airport and city centre (where this hotel is located) can take 1.5 hr long as there's serious traffic jam around the city centre.

Room was okay, although it looked a bit old. One of the elevator buttons wasn't working. There is a gym but you need to ask someone for an access card. The hotel's location and complimentary breakfast were good.

It is located in downtown, there are many restaurants, bars, and massage places walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Basic breakfast is also included and not bad considering the price of the hotel compared to others in the area.

AC wasnt working. Overall, good but can be better

Good location, very central next to the old sights and city Center and walking distance to the shangri la. It was clean and spacious, more modern than other UB hotels in the same price range. They looked after my luggage ahead of check in time. The breakfast was decent, compared to one other hotel I stayed at in UB in the same price range.

Easy to walk around For short stay I would recommend

Good location, just a five minute walk from the main square, and near there a couple of the most important museums. The main post office is there too. In the other direction is the Shangri-La shopping centre also nearby, with eateries upstairs. The hotel is a little old fashioned perhaps, but comfortable. For a westerner like myself the breakfast was quite satisfactory, with fruit, cereal, toast and jam available. The girls at reception spoke good English and were helpful.
