Hotel Chandra Gupta

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Due to an issue during the booking process, the same guest (myself) ended up with two bookings for the same dates. They were completely uncooperative when I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a cancellation for one of the bookings. Instead of trying to understand the issue or offering a solution, the staff was rude and dismissive. They made no effort to show empathy or flexibility, even though it was clear that the duplicate booking was a mistake. Their attitude was unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation much worse. This lack of basic customer service and understanding is unacceptable for any business, let alone a hotel where guest satisfaction should be a priority. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel and look elsewhere for accommodation

The stay was pleasant and the location is very good as the railway station is nearby and the private bus station is also on a walking distance. It has own food restaurant and the food is very good and reasonable also. Room and toilet was clean. Overall experience was good and satisfactory.

Hotel is easy to reach, very near to the ujjain junction, stay was comfortable, and room was clean, but there were no windows in the room, room size was too small, bathroom is also too small, service staff in the hotel are rude.

They have cupboard in washroom. They don't have geysers in the room. They operate geysers on their own. We can't operate for hot or cold water. The room is also dirty and it seems they don't clean. I don't have pictures and didn't click

Nice stay, with good restaurants in nearby and main locations in ujjain room was also good we had really great time

One star hotel. Even rats are running in the room. Moreover when i demanding for bill during checkout, they said that we are not giving any bill. Really it's terrible stay for me. Never recommended. Big no for recommend to anyone. Unhygienic hotel. Washroom are very dirty and smell is going on.
