The 'hotel' is located near mahakaleshwar mandir. That's the only plus point. The room was not clean, bedsheets were not clean, bathroom was ok. There was no air circulation in the room. Staff attitude was not good. They didn't clean the room. Hotel has a restaurant but it is useless. They control the ac from the reception, and we had to ask them to keep it on. No staff bothered to show us in the room in case we had any confusion, despite repeatedly asking them. Stay only if no other option available.

Average property no amenities as described in website no toiletries in bathroom, mentioned 3 star propertyit is only 1 star. Only 1 advantage it is nearby mahakal temple.

Pathetic and miserable behaviour of the staff, there is nothing about manner and behavior you can expect in this hotel. The daytime manager is treated very rudely with customers, better to take another hotel in the same price range or to stay in mandir parisar but don't go to hotel shipra avenue. Hotel owners must do counseling for their staff first and make them learn how to treat customers.

The service was not so good, the staff tone was bad, whenever I asked to change the bedsheet they were replying, like they were irritated, the AC in my room had leakage when I asked for the room changed, they simply said don’t low the temperature too much, the bathroom conditions was not so good it felt like I was staying in 500 or ₹700 per room, also the television in my room was messed up

If you are planning to come to spend time in room then its not worth. Prons:very near to the temple, nearby markets in case of shopping and good veg restaurant. Cons:very unhygienic, no water bottle given on checkin (all are chargeable) if you planning to visit and just take small break at place then this is good due to location only.

The hotel is nearby mahakal temple nearly 350 mts. Cleanliness: like stained linens service: staffs were rude and lack of helpfulness.

Staff behavior good, cooperative and supportive, neat and clean room, very near to temple and landmark location, overall value for money

There was no accessories given apart from fixed assets, linen were old and savy. Bathroom was also very bad
