The hotel staff was very rude and spoke very badly to me and my family. I had a lot of trouble in the hotel. I left the hotel because of this.

Hotel was not upto mark as described in your portal
rooms shown as delux which is just average room
tariff of room as your portal offered with discount was exact same as offered by hotel management without discount. So there was no discount literally. So you must nit show discount in your portal
however hotel staff were good offering good service

There was no water provided, it may be they would have provided on demand. They provide only 1 towel per person instead they should provide 2 person. Over all ok experience.

I found the property's location on the make my trip app. Meals are not provided, so you'll need to arrange them yourself. In terms of amenities, the room lacks proper ventilation, the floor is dirty, the bed sheets are worn out, and the water quality has affected my throat. Additionally, room service is poor. However, the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from mahakal mandir (gate no. 1.

The 'hotel' is located near mahakaleshwar mandir. That's the only plus point. The room was not clean, bedsheets were not clean, bathroom was ok. There was no air circulation in the room. Staff attitude was not good. They didn't clean the room. Hotel has a restaurant but it is useless. They control the ac from the reception, and we had to ask them to keep it on. No staff bothered to show us in the room in case we had any confusion, despite repeatedly asking them. Stay only if no other option available.

Average property no amenities as described in website no toiletries in bathroom, mentioned 3 star propertyit is only 1 star. Only 1 advantage it is nearby mahakal temple.

Pathetic and miserable behaviour of the staff, there is nothing about manner and behavior you can expect in this hotel. The daytime manager is treated very rudely with customers, better to take another hotel in the same price range or to stay in mandir parisar but don't go to hotel shipra avenue. Hotel owners must do counseling for their staff first and make them learn how to treat customers.
