Location is great at bank of the river, scenic spot, in the coconut grove. Approach road is very narrow at times difficult for the big car. Rooms are not value for money, not maintained. Staircase to rooms (Shambhavi, Maintavati) are very narrow metal spiral structure & not friendly to many. Good balcony to sit & enjoy the nature. Rooms are basic, lizards are common. Deck at the river bank is excellent & you can spend time with family enjoying river. Food is home food, made to order with limited options but taste is very good. Staff is friendly & very cooperative. Manoj took good care.
