We had booked 2 rooms for a day. The reception person, Venkatesh Prabhu, was lazy and condescending. Even though I was talking to him about my booking, he just ignored me and takes to my brother in Kannada. He also said that if he has to document my details it would take 15-20 mins and lot of paperwork. Instead he just changed the reservation name to my brothers. First time in my life I have been totally ignored and brushed off by a hotel receptionist. The rooms are clean and spacious but old and a bit run down. The housekeeping staff was aggressive in trying to take our handbags to the room and don’t keep towels in the room but keep on knocking once you get in to give towels and the AC remote. Possibly to get some tip. Next time I am in Udupi I will give this hotel a miss.

Worst experience ! Dark smelly approach to the hotel through the car park. At check in upon asking for water we were told we normally don't give it !!!! The room- Dirty stained doors,switch boards and furniture. Bathroom net broken . Lumpy mattress smaller than size of the bed!! Curtains with the rings come off. Dirty dusty windows with no net. The corridor smells of food. Please avoid.

Stay was ok but no bath soaps nothing was given. N upgrade to ac was quoted as same price as room cost. Rigid people. Not accommodating

Location of the hotel was good, near the main bus stand. Easily accessible. Rooms were maintained neat but the amenities provided were not ideal for a suite room. Could have been much better. For one day, hot water was not there

The rooms arrangement is compact. The room feels suffocating only one window. The staff is also ok.

A very good hotel with excellent location. Their restaurant below is also good with limited variety of dishes. The bell boys are very helpful and accommodative. Rooms could be a bit more airy

The hotels are expensive compared to priced charged not only this hotel all hotels in udupi are expensive, but still people are good
