The hotel is undergoing renovation and hence facilities are limited for now. The restaurant is closed.

Staff were friendly and professional with a good and pleasant stay. Rooms were good and hygienic.Toilets were also good.

The hotel under maintenance with wet corridors not enough staff to clear the dustbin clean the lift and common spaces
visitors lobby toilets used by the working labourers the sheets are dirty
toilets had no tissues

The hotel is centrally located, room was nice and clea. It's more like a self service hotel. The towels were dirty and torn

Booking procedure was very convenient and helped us navigate properly. Location was prime, not too far from main campus but not too close such that it is noisy. Room service was very responsive and fast.

It is a business class hotel with all the amenities and now they don't have breakfast and this is located in the prime area of udupi. We stayed with family the experience was nice

Broken kettle, stained n torn sheets, no hot water. Place is run down from the last time i stayed here. This will be my last stay.
