Close to the temple, food need to be improved. Rooms are ok, not very clean and dusty bed.

Rooms look good on the surface, but full of problems when you actually live in them: toilet flush doesn't work, no toilet paper, no hand towel, fan knob is broken (it's either on + full speed or off entirely - can't control speed), cabinets creak sooo loud that you'll refuse to open/use them, key card stopped working so they gave me a manual key but it takes a lot of jiggling in the keyhole to open the door, I could go on...
Cleanliness also looks okay on the surface but when you take off bed cover and closely examine the sheet underneath you can see stains and a few hairs, there's only one sheet between you and mattress underneath (hygiene issue - sweat will definitely reach the mattress), room is dusty wherever not visible (under bed, inside cabinets, etc.)

Отличный отель. Комнаты просторные. Везде чисто. В комнатах регулярно убираются. Сантехника хорошая. Очень хороший кондиционер. Персонал дружелюбный. Помогли заказать такси. Думаю, что это лучший отель в Коллуре.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally cooperative, and the food was of good quality. While the surrounding roads were a bit congested, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience.

Stay is excellent, very clean room, good service and in house restaurant is a plus and you will tasty and quality food. Only issue I faced is with parking, they have parked vehicles one after the other and in my case during check out, one of the vehicle key is not with reception and they are clueless of the room and owner/ph number. This delayed around 2 hours to get my vehicle back to start, which delayed my subsequent places to visit and travel. Management should ensure to have all vehicle keys with reception when they stack the vehicles for parking.

They are charging most expensive rate other than most of the similar hotels there but yet failed to provide better servics. Bed footers contained stains and not cleaned properly. No proper floor mats on the bathroom.. Their restuarant was worst than that. We ordered Ghee rice and fried rice in the evening and we could not distinguish among them. Fully oily and burnt onions etc. Masala dosa were full of sour and burnt without proper texture. One year back, it was good when we stayed in 2024 but this time it was a totally disappointing experience and I won't recommend it to anyone looking to pay more to get better services There are plenty of other good hotels around which offers better services with similar costs.
