Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast spread was good. Enjoyed my 9 days stay there. Will choose to stay there again next travel to udon Thani.

Very good place to pick when traveling to Udonthani. The facility is quite new, staffs are friendly. They even give you one free mocktel drink and one cup of soy milk at night.

Location is at CBD and easy to walk to old market. Love idea to serve warm soy milk at night and Tukbat in the morning. Free rental bicycle. Nice breakfast. Really comfortable bed and thank you all staff for kind services. Really enjoy to spend time hear….Also you can select the room that match you if you are elderly or need to work on your trip :)

Arrived after flight from bangkok,around 21.30pm. It tends to be a favourite, no complaints about room 1st class as always. Good breakfast and a leisurely checkout, thanks again Civilise. Will be back.

Great hotel with comfortable big room,bed is comfy and the room is super clean. Just only the amenities are so few in the shower room, have to request if needed some amenities for example tooth paste.

Great hotel. Cleanliness to 5*. Great location within walking distance to evening food stalls. Decent breakfast, value for the money paid. Good bedding and quiet environment. Perfect for overnight travel who need a good rest. Will back again for sure.

Great new boutique hotel right in the middle of Udon Thani city. Central to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Hotel modern, clean and first class service. Very helpful reception staff. Buffet breakfast was included in the stay and good selection of western and Asian food. Will definitely stay again when I am in Udon Thani.
