We were looking for property in Katra for my client, we suggested few properties name to him, but at last client gave this name to proceed further. On initial basis they (hotel management) pretended to be nice, but once you paid them complete amount they change their way of talking and everything. They asked for payment from client while check in, when it’s been already been done from our side day prior. Shared everything over the email and WhatsApp even though they didn’t bother to update that in their system and continuously argued on call. Their team didn’t update the name of client as well, so when my client arrived they keep on searching and telling that there is no booking with so N so name, though it was already been shared over the email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, these things created unwanted hassle for us and for client too as in Katra mostly people have to face network problem. Somehow my client called me up and explained all these things. For the same when we tried to reach the hotel management, they have taken it very casually and blamed us that we are creating scene. As per the manager whom I was in touch for this booking, it’s normal. They asked for amount while checking in though it’s already paid, or they will not update the correct booking name, so you feel yourself in trouble in no network zone. *Suggestion:* Think before you go ahead with this property. Highly unprofessional attitude of hotel staff.
