World class service, more than that very personalized In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very "homely", took care of the kids like their own Facilities were really good Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree I would recommend this "palace" to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

We (4 ladies) stayed in Premier “Garden View” Rooms (Total Size 86 sq m) for 3 nights. The room is stunning with private courtyard. The room has a cushioned bay window seat over looking the endless garden with a 55.74 square metres interiors, includes king bed and a beautiful bathroom. My room was spotless clean and tidy all day , because of Sagar & Tonmoy from housekeeping. Staff were hospitable and well mannered:- . Mr. PRANAV (breakfast host) Mr. SURYARUP (lunch host) “lady chef” / Asmi Chopra . Dining was very good. Breakfast and lunch options were endless, I had Dal Baati Churma for lunch at the restaurant, this traditional main was well prepared and tasty. This local dish consists of "dal" (lentil curry), "baati" (wheat bread balls) and "churma" (sweet powdered cereal). . Our stay and dining were super enjoyable. SEE photos

Exceptional service, super picturesque and very tastefully decorated and done. From a service perspective, the Oberoi was absolutely exceptional during our 2 night stay. Only the Rambagh Palace (managed by Taj) has been able to keep pace with Oberoi Udaivilas (the Taj Lake Palace was also really great though not as exceptional as Oberoi - the Umaid Bhawan offered by far the worst experience of all of our stays so far). While both housekeeping and our checkin assistance were great, Jordan who at the outdoor terrace restaurant truly stood out; he would recall our preferences from the prior evening and always foresee our next desire before we would have even thought of it. Truly exceptional! There was one minor mishap at checkout and before we had even noticed we had received an apologetic email from the manager - wow. Due to this phenomenal experience we decided to actually extend our stay in Jaipur by a day and to move from Rambagh Palace for one night to Oberoi Rajvilas - curious to see if they manage to meet the Udaivilas experience. Can only highly recommend it (we felt that the combo of Taj Lake Palace and Oberoi was ideal fwiw as the TLP is a 270 year old historical palace so it also shouldn’t be missed).
