Awful hotel Broken hairdryer that had melted with the heat and Damaged 2 pin plug that was a electrical hazard of electrocuting one self The safe provided was not working I had 3 people in my room trying to sort out problems until past midnight upon which I had to ask them to leave as we had a long journey and were exhausted Phone bleeping and light blinking all the time 12.20am knock on door for housekeeping !which we never requested Bathroom very dirty No hot water 10.00pm no food on arrival to the hotel and check in although the dining facilities should close at 10.30pm Floor was dirty and dusty Balcony light was on all night unable to switch off Bathroom lights were not working,we could not switch them off,past midnight called engineer who cut the wire off so we had no light at all in bathroom! We were moved to the floor above The room was again very dusty and dirty No hot water Television not working Overall the whole place is rundown and needs a good refurbishment Staff were very dismissive Food was Luke warm Limited fruit available I would class this place as a 2 star hotel The hotel manager texted me and was rude to a point I said this will be addressed by tour agent

Very nice service. Kishore was very kind and made sure our dine in experience was great. We celebrated our anniversary and we were served a delicious complementary dessert. Food was good too we ordered Ala carte…………………………………………………………..

Had great experience amazing room and view . I came with my pet and it was extremely pet friendly . It had great food and service. I am pleased to be here . The rooms and villa are beautifully designed offering a blend of luxury and comfort. Had an unforgettable experience.

Great service and management by pooja prashanjeet and ravi and food by Chef Raju. Great experience. I came to the place with my family for a birthday celebration and the place was very beautiful and eye catching. We enjoyed every moment here

Good service by pooja and prashanzeet and breakfast is good. We were come with friends and we are enjoying the vibes in the resort. We are loving the place and the view is amazing giving positive vibes, We come for picnic with office colleagues

We came here for one day picnic with office colleagues . It was overall good exposure we had firstly we had breakfast , enjoyed in pool and clicked good pictures.
