From the moment I walked in, Dipika at the front desk made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. I had requested connecting rooms, but instead of trying to help or even pretending to care, she just said they weren’t available and moved on. No alternatives, no effort—nothing. It didn’t get any better at check-out. She told me to wait in the lobby while housekeeping checked the room, so I waited. A few minutes later, the bellman brought my luggage. I asked Dipika if everything was good, and without even looking at me, she just said “yes” in the rudest tone imaginable. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in India, and Indian hospitality is usually amazing. But this? This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If this is the kind of service Radisson allows, they need to seriously rethink who they put at the front desk. Dipika is not fit to represent your brand.
